  Very satisfied with the level of professionalism and customer care I experienced at this location. Manager Jaye and her counterpart were working a full lobby on their own with systems in place. Even when a disruptive guest confronted Jaye and caused a scene, Jaye and her employee remained focused, calm and Jaye displayed great problem solving skills. I can tell she’s worked in customer service for quite some time by the way she managed the disruptive guest and juggling remaining guests. Luckily, I was only there briefly to switch out my vehicle, but in that short time I saw a lot. I’m grateful for the attentiveness and kindness I received.

  Jay was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, she kept us informed every step of the way. When the original office didn’t have a vehicle available, she immediately took initiative and contacted other locations, finding us a car quickly and efficiently. Her professionalism, combined with her warm and conversational personality, made the entire experience even better. We truly appreciated the genuine connection we made with her. She provided her card, thoroughly explained all the paperwork, and made us feel welcomed and comfortable reaching out if we needed anything. That level of customer service really stood out. When returning the car, the associate who checked me out was absolutely fabulous, even though I unfortunately don’t remember her name. She was friendly, efficient, and made the return process seamless. I also forgot to remove my SunPass from the car, but the team handled it wonderfully. I reached out through the text message system, and the response was incredibly prompt. By the next morning, I received a message from Enterprise letting me know that my SunPass had been found and safely held at the office for pickup. The associate even labeled it with my name to ensure it wouldn’t get mixed up, which I truly appreciated—it gave me peace of mind knowing my item was secure. The checkout process was quick and efficient. Overall, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service all around!
