  Did not know Enterprise had a location here (this is where Wendy's used to be). Convenient location and great staff. I made a last minute booking through Expedia and was able to get the car I wanted. Kevin White assisted me with my rental and had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Only issue I had was while the car was clean inside and outside for the most part, was the windscreen was covered in bug splatter and no wiper fluid. I chucked that up to be because it was a last minute booking urgency and they got me sorted. I did mention to Frank the Manager and he took care of me when I returned the car. Thanks again for great service, great car and great experience. I will definitely be back.

  La experiencia con Enterprise fue extraordinaria, los accidentes con vehículos son experiencias muy desagradables más cuando estás pasando por una condición delicada de salud, sin embargo puedo decir que desde el mismo momento que recibí el vehículo provisional mientras resolvía el daño de mi vehículo, Katherine K. Fue súper amable y receptiva conmigo me explicó todo el proceso con claridad y me entregó un vehículo como se le solicitó, gracias también a Sr Frank que después de la devolución del vehículo, me hizo una llamada de cortesía para preguntar sobre el Servicio y que ya el contrato estaba terminado sin contratiempos. Gracias a todos , los recomiendo ampliamente. EB

  This branch is always busy, and I’ve rented from this location three times. The office is conveniently located right off the main highway, which makes pickup and drop-off very easy. I deal most of the time it’s Katherine Keene, the Assistant Branch Rental Manager, who seems to be running the entire operation. I even took her card to make sure I got her name right. She seamlessly manages the front desk, the back office, the phones, and the flow of customers. She directs the team, receives vehicles, and personally walks customers outside to ensure they get their rental car smoothly. Watching her handle so many responsibilities at once is impressive. While I feel stressed just observing everything she’s covering, she remains calm, composed, and welcoming -with a steady tone and a genuine, beautiful smile. And I almost forgot…the vehicles are always spotless and in excellent condition, all while the branch keeps its pricing competitive. That level of consistency does not happen by accident. I truly don’t know what this branch would do without her. She is an absolute asset. If I owned a large company, I would want someone exactly like Katherine on my leadership team. I sincerely hope she is well compensated because she brings the value of multiple employees all on her own.

  I cannot complain at all. Everything went as planned. I pre-registered over the phone and when I arrived I waited about 10 minutes. A service consultant came and introduced himself and led me to the car. He went over everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable with the features of the vehicle. I highly recommend this location as everything was exactly as as planned. The car was very clean and drove like a dream!
