  Went in for a new tire, Nick was a really cool dude. He made sure to check to see if there was any damages to my rim. Whatever reason your coming in for, ask for Nick to work on your car

  If you have to go to the shop, make sure you ask for JR he’s amazing and the customer service is very well appreciated. The entire staff needs raise in all honesty. The energy is high and They will treat your car with care.

  Got a flat tire today and came in to get my tire changed. Omar was great at getting my car in right away and changing my tire within the hour. Overall great experience very customer service oriented, and I’m very satisfied. I would recommend to anyone who needs a tire change.

  10-Year Customer Walked Away After Deceptive "Bait-and-Switch" Avoid this location, especially if you expect honesty. My wife paid for four premium Pirelli Cinturato P7 Run Flat tires. The store only had two, so we left the car overnight. When we picked it up, they had installed two cheaper, lower-grade tires hoping we wouldn't notice. When I confronted the manager, Omar, he was defensive and rude rather than apologetic. He spent more time making excuses for their "mistake" than trying to fix it. It felt like a calculated attempt to take advantage of a female customer. I had to waste two more days and another trip to the store just to get what I originally paid for. After 10 years of loyalty to this store, Omar’s horrible attitude and the store's dishonest practices have ensured I will never return. Take your business elsewhere.

  Came in for a flat tire. Advisor told me it would be an hour give or take. Came back 90 minutes later. They couldn’t find my ticket. I was left waiting for 10 minutes in the lobby. No communication. After asking for an update for the fourth time, the two service advisors were arguing between them and the one that took in my car said that my ticket was on the board. I asked what that meant. Ultimately, Alex, manager stepped in, brought my car in and got my flat fixed. Not a good experience
