I had to leave my car overnight as well because they also put the new tire on the wrong wheel…. When I went back the next day, my car didn’t have my original tire bolts on. They forgot to put them back on my car… if yall don’t wanna waste money and your time do not come here. I also told the Assistant manager to make sure if my car was good to go, he said he’ll take care of it. Well I guess not. Never again.
- EMEdward MilianOct 22, 20251.0Came in to have a tire repaired, guy at the desk came outside and confirmed there was a nail in the tire and it could be patched no problem, left my keys, half hour later after getting a ride home because they said they needed a couple of hours, I get a call from someone in the back stating they could not patch my tire because corporate policy says they can’t do it in aftermarket wheels. Why don’t you guys have a morning meeting and get on the same pages with your policies , wasted over an hour over this stupidity
