I said I would look into prices so she lowered the price if I got them done right then and there, but I said I wanted to shop around. I took my car to a mechanic and he said that my brakes did not need servicing at all. This makes me think that all of the other services that I’ve had done there because the advisor was persistent about the dangers of not getting it done right away were all lies. I don’t trust this place at all.

They referred me to my dealership and to go back to their shop to get a reimbursement from them, cool right? Well, I’ve called this shop for months and always tell me that they will get back to me and never do. Always excuses on waiting for ‘regional approval’. Only worked for about the first 2 months. Trying to get the reimbursement through customer service and that’s another long process. I wouldn’t make it a big deal except it’s $600 of damage I didn’t even cause. Wished I could’ve left a better review. Almost forgot to write that I’ve been waiting for this to be resolved since February… crazy I know
