He renewed his car week by week by going in store and the person in front showed him his weekly price was around 250 something. Now we get the final receipt and they have a 1300 monthly price which is way higher than anything on the website right now and higher than the weekly rate he was quoted. I call them and the guy said "the weekly rate was acutally discounted and if you want we can charge you the correct price which was suppose to be $300 something a week". Who says that to a customer. I advise everyone to use the website to reserve or if you go in store ask for a receipt every week if you have an ongoing rental or cancel before 4 weeks because your weekly rate will turn into a more expensive monthly rate which doesn't make sense.
