- BYBryan Yuen2 days ago1.0My dad rented a hyundai kona from them for 6 weeks while he was buying a new car from total loss. He renewed his car week by week by going in store and the person in front showed him his weekly price was around 250 something. Now we get the final receipt and they have a 1300 monthly price which is way higher than anything on the website right now and higher than the weekly rate he was quoted. I call them and the guy said "the weekly rate was acutally discounted and if you want we can charge you the correct price which was suppose to be $300 something a week". Who says that to a customer. I advise everyone to use the website to reserve or if you go in store ask for a receipt every week if you have an ongoing rental or cancel before 4 weeks because your weekly rate will turn into a more expensive monthly rate which doesn't make sense.

- NNNope NopeDec 17, 20251.0I went to pick up my rental (a large SUV) and it was really dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been washed and there was thick break dust covering the rims. When I looked inside, there were little pieces of food in the cup holders, crumbs on/in the window switches, gum in the carpet, and it smelled disgusting. Out of curiosity, I looked at the mileage and it was over 50k. It lived a really hard rental life, apparently. I would not take it as a rental and cancelled my reservation. Extremely surprised and disappointed with the condition of the car. Response: I am not interested in going online to speak to a bot.
