- OWOscar WSep 26, 20251.0Beware , beware , The absolute worst service stay away from Enterprise , use anyone but them, I made a reservation for a vacation, they called the night before to confirm I get there at my reservation time, after an hour I am told they do not have a vehicle, do you think these idiots could have called me to tell me they do not have my car, that would have been the smart thing to do but keep me here for an hour to tell me no cars available, don’t bother making reservations it means nothing, go to a real rental car company. Astrid the branch manager couldn’t even bother to call me before. Go somewhere else not to enterprise….
