    My car had to be repaired and I was dreading the rental car experience from jump. Jay is purely heaven sent from the deities above. She went above and beyond to get my Audi of which I have been wanting to test out for quite some time. Her demeanor is calm, confident and professional. She gave me a call anytime there were updates with my rental and I could not have asked for a better human to handle my requests.
