    No communication with clients. Have people waiting long periods of time. Ket, assistant branch manager, was helpful in finding me a car at another location. Another lady with glasses was rude and did not care. Told me I can go elsewhere.

    Very disrespectful ppl working there don't even won't help ppl when they have a problem, witg there vehicle from another branch 3 times this happens like to me this place needs to be shut down
