  The office I rented from in Pembroke Pines was terrible. It took me over an hour and a half until I was able to get a vehicle. They did not explain to me the contract nor did they print me up a copy not using Enterprise again.

  I wanted to share my exceptionally positive experience renting a vehicle from Enterprise. The representative, Jay, provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. She was incredibly helpful and efficient in getting me set up with the perfect car for my needs. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, making my trip so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Enterprise, especially if you have the pleasure of working with Jay.

  This place is joke. The manager was totally unqualified and the staff is very rude & unprofessional. They're dishonest about reservations/availability and will lie to you with a smile while disrupting your entire day. Avoid at all costs. They take reservations when they have no cars, let you arrive and wait for your car, even pretending that it's being driven around from the back, then 30-40 minutes later when no car arrives and you get impatient or start asking questions they'll act like you're being unreasonable, cancel the reservation and deny you service. That's what they did to me but there's similar reviews from others. When I arrived at the scheduled pickup time the desk person told me the car was being prepped to be pulled around. 20 minutes later she walked out front to see where it was, came back in and told me maybe he went for gas. 45 minutes later still no car. The lobby was totally empty the entire time. At that point I noticed that I received a generic email from Enterprise at 7am that morning saying that unfortunately they did not have the vehicle requested, had no cars available, and recommended I seek other rental options. They had no cars available because it was a holiday weekend and the entire performance by the desk clerk saying the car was being pulled around was just ruse, a lie, to keep me waiting until someone returned a car. When the location manager came to assist he was very smug and cocky, and he immediately denied me service with a huge smile on his face without any conversation. He knew they had no cars and they were wrong, but it didn't matter. All they needed to do was explain they had no vehicles when I arrived and I could've made the easy decision to find another rental car company. That's what any professional company would do. After wasting an hour dealing with their games I went next door to Herz where I was out the door in a rental car 15 minutes. Aside from the stress and inconvenience, the manager was like dealing with a teenager who seems to enjoy upsetting people and playing games with people's time. Never again will I rent from Enterprise. Unfortunately I missed a valuable business appointment because of this debacle and excuse for a rental car company. I filed a complaint and I'm pretty sure they got rid of the manager as they should've, but I can't say if their business culture or customer service has changed much. Avoid this place at all costs.
