  “If reliable communication matters to you, be careful with this Enterprise location — they repeatedly failed to call back or provide accurate information about my reservation. I had a confirmed reservation for the next day and expected a straightforward pickup at my scheduled time. The day before, I was told not to come in because the vehicle wouldn’t be returned on time, and that I would receive a call when it was ready. After my appointment time passed with no update, I called the location myself, only to be told they didn’t have the vehicle I reserved or anything similar. I kept calling throughout the day but never received a clear answer or a return call. Eventually, I had no choice but to show up right before closing. They still didn’t have the vehicle I reserved and handed me a filthy SUV — so dirty I had to wash it myself just to make it drivable. The only compensation offered was a small 10% discount, which didn’t come close to addressing the inconvenience, and I would strongly caution others to be prepared for poor communication at this location.”

Frank Gomez, Branch Rental Manager, delivered exceptional customer service—demonstrating knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. Furthermore, the entire team was courteous and helpful.   Horrible experience I just got with this location. I had a reservation CONFIRMED for a truck. The day before the manager called and explained that there’s a mechanical issue and he will call me. I showed up next day to the location and same guy told me that the truck is not ready (8:30am) but it will be ready in one hour or so. Before I went back I got a call indicating that I should go and pick up The truck from another store. WHAT??? Fine. Then retracted and said, no; come to our store and they we will drive you to where the truck is. I innocently obeyed. I came back at 11am or so, 3 hours from the original time and the truck is on its way. Not true. One hour later I am still waiting and finally was told the truck is coming from the airport. Just insane. All my family plans are halted because of this poor management. All the events planned were canceled as a result of not informing a client that they couldn’t fulfill their obligations. I would have gone somewhere else had I known from the get go. What a shame with this company.
