A service consultant came and introduced himself and led me to the car. He went over everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable with the features of the vehicle. I highly recommend this location as everything was exactly as as planned. The car was very clean and drove like a dream!

I’ve rented many cars before and never, ever had such amazing customer service experience. He showed us how to work the car, where buttons were, which vans were available to choose from, where to watch my step on the property, opened my door, gave suggestions. WOWZERS!! A luxury experience actually at a car rental place. I am truly appreciative and look forward to such experiences in the future when we rent again at Enterprise.
