- HMHugo MarteFeb 22, 20261.0Went today to purchase an oil changed for my car and the customer service was terrible. The staff told me "Ill go get the filter you get the oil." When I asked what the specials were the response was "all of them". As someone that came from from that industry as an ASE certified parts specialist that worked for Napa Auto Parts I always strived to provide excellent customer service. I guess times have changed since. Seems like customers are now required to have automotive knowledge more so than the "professionals" that work there. Needless to say I wont be purchasing from this Autozone location any longer.
