    It's truly frustrating what's happening to me. Yesterday, November 22nd, I bought a replacement part for my vehicle, specifically an alternator. They told me that if I returned the old part, they would give me $40 back. I went to the store with the old part inside the box of the new one. I asked the store employee for the box and explained that I needed it for the warranty. He told me it wasn't necessary to take a picture of the box and that the receipt was sufficient. The new part didn't work; it's not working. I went back to the store today, November 23rd, and the same employee who told me the box wasn't needed is now asking for it to exchange it. I explained that they had the box with the old part, that he himself had told me it wasn't necessary, but he flatly refused to exchange it without the box. I urgently need a solution to this situation. Thank you.

    Travis was amazing, patient, knowledgeable, kind and patient. He helped me look into my car battery and ended up having to replace it as it was no good. Travis made the overall experience easy and smooth. He provided me with different options and installed my new battery. Give this man a raise and a promotion.

    Customer service is little to none. Store refused to scan check engine light in vehicle stating it was against store policy. Rude counter help as well.
