He was the most knowledgeable, reliable, and customer-focused employee in the store. My family buys a lot of parts because my husband works on cars, and Mike always knew exactly what we needed, never made mistakes, and provided excellent service every single time. The store has not been the same since he left — customer service, accuracy, and overall organization have noticeably declined. We truly need Mike back at this location. He was the reason many of us came here instead of other parts stores.

They told me that if I returned the old part, they would give me $40 back. I went to the store with the old part inside the box of the new one. I asked the store employee for the box and explained that I needed it for the warranty. He told me it wasn't necessary to take a picture of the box and that the receipt was sufficient. The new part didn't work; it's not working. I went back to the store today, November 23rd, and the same employee who told me the box wasn't needed is now asking for it to exchange it. I explained that they had the box with the old part, that he himself had told me it wasn't necessary, but he flatly refused to exchange it without the box. I urgently need a solution to this situation. Thank you.
