  Shoutout to Lionel D. @ Autozone on 17401 Pines Blvd Pembroke Pines. Was recommended to speak to Lionel after trying a simple license plate light bulb change that no one seemed to know how to do (asked multiple techs at multiple auto part stores, all of tried and failed). Lionel resolved it in 2min flat, with a smile. Go Lionel!

  I just went to the store located in Pines Blvd, Lashonna Thompkuns attendee me, what a pleasure, she made sure all my enquires were answered and she helped without hesitation. Excellent service

  I would like to leave an honest review about my experience at AutoZone. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have ever had at any AutoZone location. The customer service was extremely poor from the moment I walked in. The customer service representative barely acknowledged me and was not polite when I greeted him. I asked if he could help me find a license plate frame for my temporary tag, and instead of assisting me, he simply pointed in a direction as if he did not want to help or guide me to where the items were located. I then politely asked if he could help assist me with putting the tag on, but he showed no willingness to assist. His attitude was very unprofessional. To make matters worse, the manager witnessed the interaction and did not correct or address the employee’s behavior. This lack of accountability made the situation even more disappointing. I have visited several other AutoZone locations in the past where the customer service has been excellent. AutoZone is known for going above and beyond to help customers, whether it’s with batteries, checking engines, or helping with small tasks. Because of the poor service and lack of support from the manager, I chose not to spend my money there. I do not recommend this particular AutoZone location based on my experience. Customer service should always be a priority, and unfortunately, it was completely lacking during my visit.

  I came today for a battery problem and Nik k was amazing, he helped me all the way on the process, thanks Nik and I will continue be a customer in here because of you guys.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

  Dillon was amazing he I helped me pick out my Windshield wipers, and installed them. Then he helped me find and check the proper fluids for my car and recommended a place to go to for my tire. Top of the line customer service!
