  This is probably one of the best new self-service car washes. I highly recommend it—all the equipment is brand new, and the prices are reasonable.

  Mala experiencia la maquina me golpeó el carro, hice el reclamo y no me respondió corporación según me dijo el manager, no lo recomiendo It was a bad experience; the machine hit my car. I filed a claim, but—according to the manager—the corporate office never responded. I do not recommend this place.

  BEWARE. Ask if the car wash and vacuums are actually working as intended. Drive in car wash and vacuums do not work nearly as well as they did a few months ago. If the establishment is not going to service and maintain their equipment up to standard then how about lowering the cost of the monthly fee. I’m still paying the same price for services that aren’t the same quality as the price they charge. Rip off!

  Overall solid place to get a was and self clean the interior. You can tell the staff cares about the place as well as the Management is on top of everything There’s always someone walking around making sure everything is working properly The vacuums worked great and there is always clean towels I highly recommend this place

  I’ve been a member of this car wash for a while (since it’s quite literally the only membership-based car wash in Hallandale) but my experiences especially recently have been extremely frustrating and poor. The wash itself often doesn’t work properly, especially the tire shine and the rinse cycle, leaving my car still soapy when I leave. But the worst part is their vacuum area, and this happens all the time: After around 6:45/7pm the workers NEVER restock the towels, so I’m left unable to wipe down my car (I’ve learned to bring my own towels, which I shouldn’t have to do). And also around this time, they close literally !!!HALF!!! of the vacuum lot. Mind you this is right at peak hours after work—just because the workers want to go home as early as possible it seems like. Even today, despite it being before closing, they shut down half the vacuum spots, causing a huge backlog. Cars were stuck trying to exit the tunnel and waiting to enter the vacuum area, and they had to shut off the wash because of the bottleneck it caused when exiting. I was told by a worker who came up to my car that I should just leave the line since “they close soon”. Absolutely not!!! Especially when I need to vacuum my car and my car is still left soapy and I need to wipe it down?!! Every time, the customer service is horrible. I’ve talked to the staff before, and they just make excuses about preparing for closing….. If it wasn’t being for this car wash being the only one in the immediate area I would never come back here.
