Minutes after I checked in, a Safelite technician was out to the customer area to escort me to my vehicle to assess the damage. He explained everything clearly, and said the damage location was beyond repair, and that I needed a replacement windshield. I made the appointment for the next day, came back, where my vehicle was taken 5 minutes before my appointment. An hour and a half later, my vehicle was ready, including the windshield safety camera being calibrated ! Amazing! The technician clearly explained what had happened with the installation of the new windshield, and what I should and shouldn't do for the next two days with my new windshield. I highly recommend this Safelite location, and it's associates.
