The receptionist was extremely rude I told her that it would not allow me to choose a full shield replacement based off the choicing I made describing the crack and she said “that is not true” straight to my face. Go to nations auto glass repair these guys are stuck up and all they do is lolly gag and flirt with their coworkers in front of clients she is disrespectful and disturbing I felt sorry for the glass repair man she was forcing to say hi to her. They make zero accommodation for customers and treat them like numbers. Cancel my appointment yourselves, I am not coming friday because nations did it same day.
Superior customer service. The entire staff were friendly, polite, professional, and courteous. The staff made the process a smooth process. I would recommend Safelite to everyone!

I recommend Safelite AutoGlass because they was on time the driver text me to let me know he's on his way he told me what he would do and how long it would take and he finished at the time he said it would take he was professional and he was polite and he did a fantastic job on my windshield and I appreciate that and I will use them again thank you.

If zero stars were an option it would still be too kind.
From installation to customer service, every step of the process here is severely lacking.
I had my windshield replaced here after it was cracked. It took 3 months, two separate windshields and I would have been better off keeping the cracked windshield.
Zero satisfaction.
The absolute worst.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Jessica, working at the front desk, is an incredibly unpleasant person who completely disregards customer assistance.
She called me two days prior to my appointment, telling me I owed a deductible that I did not have. I tried to explain this to her, and even offered to send her screenshots showing that I did not owe anything. She would cut me off mid sentence and tell me I needed to take it up with my insurance. I tried explaining that my insurance claim even showed that nothing was owed, but she refused to help. Instead, she kept pressuring me to cancel my appointment all together so I could “figure it out.” Upon calling my insurance, they verified that I was correct and did not, in fact, owe a deductible. They went ahead and completed an override to correct the issue.
To further show how Jessica is not accommodating or helpful whatsoever:
Upon arriving to my appointment, Jessica then advised that my vehicle had to have at least 65% charge, otherwise they would not complete the job. I had 22% available which is about 60 miles. I advised that she never mentioned this to me when she called. She deflected and refused to assist me. She kept repeating that they need 65% in order to re-calibrate the windshield and that if it was not charged, they would not do the job. I then had to go charge my vehicle and bring it back in order for them to accept it.
I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Jessica and I would NOT recommend this location to anyone looking to have a smooth process with getting their windshield replaced/fixed. Customer service is not a priority for her.
