- GGGina2 days ago2.0I tried to give Tommy’s Car Wash a real chance because the location is convenient, but after a month and a half, I’m honestly done. They charge almost $50 a month, yet the quality is nowhere close to what they’re charging for. Every single time I go, my car comes out dirty, spotted, and still soaking wet. I can run it through the wash twice and the same spots are still on my windshield and mirrors. I shouldn’t leave a car wash and still not be able to see out of my rearview mirror. The water spots never come off, the car never dries properly, and the whole wash looks like it barely did anything at all. What makes it worse is that they charge more than Big Dan’s, but Big Dan’s actually cleans your car and offers way more necessities. For Tommy’s to cost more but deliver almost no results is honestly unacceptable. Location may be convenient, but paying premium prices for a wash that doesn’t even clean the basics is not worth it. I’m extremely disappointed, and I hope they seriously improve the quality because this is not it.

If you haven’t already signed up for the membership it makes the process of entering the wash that much quicker and convenient. Worth checking it out!
