Overpriced for an oil change. Looked up a coupon specifically that said their parrish location off of old Tampa rd and they wouldn’t honor it. I will not return.

Went to this establishment yesterday between 2-3 pm. All 3 bays were open but with orange cones in front. No one to be seen. Decided to go inside. Front door was locked. I walked in through the bays. No one was there. I called and left a voicemail. No one called back. I guess I'll find another place to go. 0 stars.

I typically do my own oil change, but as a last minute resort I've gone there twice. Although the service is quick and easy to access. The customer service is... to be polite wrather rude. The price isn't great, but for the price you pay the employees there should know a smile goes a long way. Both times I've gone it's felt like they don't even want to be there. They seem miserable to say the least.

Zero stars - do not go to this location. After the oil change, noticed my driveway full of oil about a week later. I was also having transmission issues unrelated to the oil change and took my vehicle in for service and they said the oil leak was because they didn’t tighten the plug correctly after.
I called and spoke with grease monkey after and spoke with Joe who said he’d cover the cost of the service request to Bill Lees since Grease monkey clearly didn’t tighten the plug. Thankfully Bill Lees fixed the issue.
Going back to the store and speaking to Randy the manager - he says they would never take care of the cost and I should have brought it back to them. Who would take it back knowing they were inept in the first place.
They called bill lees and then called me and said they won’t pay for the 150 because it wasn’t for the oil plug. Take a look at the attached picture.
Grease monkey is the WORST oil change place I have EVER dealt with.
RUN AWAY
