  Bryan was great—he helped me with my oil change and made the whole experience smooth and easy. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. I really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend asking for Bryan if you come here!

  I made an appointment to have a couple tires Put on my wife’s car, after my research online I decided to go to Mavis. I’ve gone to Mavis before and had a decent experience. This time I worked with an employee named Bryan, this guy did everything he possibly could to help me not only make the price better, but to accommodate the other things that I badly needed on my wife’s car. It was a pleasure to actually have somebody caring enough about my experience to ask questions and to figure out exactly what I wanted and needed. This guy was awesome, he was polite and knowledgeable and forthcoming. There was no BS if you know what I mean and none of those super sales pitches that we all don’t like lol. It was a great experience so I decided to write a review which I don’t normally do, in fact I never do, lol. So thank you Bryan! Once again, great experience brother, we will be back.

  I wish I could give a good review as I have mostly had a good experience here, however when my wife came in they tried to tell her that her break pads where no good and they need to be replaced. I anticipated they would try this so I had them checked before coming in, needless to say honesty goes a long way when it comes to auto shops and apparently this shop doesn’t have any I would definately get another opinion on anything they suggest. Do better Mavis!

  Absolute frauds. They sell a road hazard package but when you go to get a nail patch they refuse to do it unless the nail is in the center. You have a 1" sliver that the nail could be in or the they refuse the service and offer a new tire instead. Unsavory business practice. I understand upselling a new tire, this is not what they do. If a nail is 3" from the sidewall/edge repair it under warranty or don't sell road hazard policies.

  I had extremely low tire pressure in 1 tire. I let them know I needed to drive to work in a couple hours. They were extremely busy. They got me in and out within an hour. Thank you Bryan and his guys for taking such good care of me!
