Ken was not only extremely experienced but took the time to determine in fact the problem was the tires COSCO sold and installed were defective from the manufacture. With his assistance I was able to have COSCO confirm the tires were in fact defective, extend a full credit back to us and replaced them with new and correct tires from Mavis which resulted with our car now driving new again. If not for Ken we would have never resolved our issue. Hats off to a true professional! I highly, highly recommend Ken, the store manager and this particular store for all your car maintenance. Thank you Ken!
