  Do not go here Went through the car wash and the machine malfunction and ripped my rear bumper off and they are refusing to reimburse for damages blaming it on My Car. That’s never even been in a collision before. I’m sueing them at the moment On top of that, they literally found the claim had it on video that it was 100% their fault my bumper didn’t even have a single scratch on. It never been in a collision before and they denied my claim or trying to make excuses saying that My Car is old because it’s a 2016 and that it was probably already damaged and they were really rude. Extremely nasty refused to give me the video I had to have the sheriffs office request it This place is disgusting. They will destroy your vehicle and not pay for the damages.   Glad it was free! No shade, no drying towels, vacuum not great and no one there to scrub the bugs off before going in. We had minimal bugs and left with them. Not happy leaving with water spots and if that was the so called “works” it should include towels. Guess there’s a reason it was free. I would have been really angry if we’d had to pay for that.

  I’ve been here twice and had to switch vacuums several times because the suction was very low on all of them. Every other car wash in town that offers free vacuum service is far better than here. As far as the wash went, it left spots on my car. I’m not sure if they use a water filtration system here. On a positive note, the staff was friendly.

  Manager made excuses I drove my Tesla through the wash and the attendant immediately turned the car wash on in order for your Tesla to get into to free roll or neutral you have to click car wash mode then step on the break and click free roll because the attendant showed no care and was in such a rush he didn’t make sure I was in neutral and I got an error message that auto hold was unavailable after my car was drug thru the car wash while still in drive I spoke with the manager and she kept making excuses but I won’t be back I go to sud stop in Pier park sometimes and they are far better than this I’ve never had this kind of issue there

  I received a coupon for a free “The Works” (normally $25). The car wash itself earns an “A” but the rest of the car cleaning the customer does gets a “D”. The vacuum is weak and more importantly, the end is rectangular shaped (rather than circular shaped) making it impossible to clean many spots. Nor is there a separate hose that blows debris out of tight spots. There are no cloth towels at each station - you have to walk to one of two disposable towel stations that are only a step up from a paper towel. I did not buy the detail kits out of principle. There are no spray bottles of glass cleaner at each station. They do not offer free air for tires or windshield cleaner. I supposed Waterworx Car Wash has spoiled me. They wash your car and provide everything you need to really clean the interior and every single time I have been greeted by an employee who asked if I needed anything. Again, the car wash was acceptable (although I didn’t try the $10 wash) but interior cleaning was not complete until I finished it at home.
