  What can I say Cody and Mr Carlos are Angels! My morning was a rough one so I had set up an appointment with 10 min oil to get new breaks put on and drove an hr away just to be told we sent an email we don’t do breaks! Who does emails why not call? Anyway then called the express oil on the beach side and they said it’s not going to give them enough time in the day to get it done when there was four hours from when they closed! Then we went to pep boys which the person who was helping my husband was so rude. You should see there reviews. Anyway don’t worry I’m getting to the good stuff. As frustrating as I was getting I was worried that we would not get our breaks done in time for my husbands procedure that has to get done in Atlanta in time. So what do you do when you don’t have hope say a prayer and use google. That’s where Mr Cody comes in we where at our whits end right before we went in I felt such a peacefulness come over me my husband opened the door for me and Cody said the kindest greeting and I told him my Plyth and then in walks Mr. Carlos who was hearing it and though he was busy he reassured us and stated that there was nothing to worry about that he will stay later if he has to to finish our car. We got a quote from other places for 700$ in Panama City and guess how much it was like 525$ ! Tell em God isn’t good! When we had walked over to Sam’s Club Mr Carlos had informed Cody of other maintenance that had to be done that could pose as a hazard if not completed. And guess what I’m thinking the price is only going to go up. Nope just a little. When we dropped off the car we were thinking it was going to take 4 hours even with an appointment like all the other places told us it would be nope only took an hr 1/2. When we got the call. Cody had told us it was all done! I’m so glad we went there. It made all those bad moments worth it. When we tried leaving a tip they refused the money and told us if we wanted to it’s better to leave a review. Never in my life have I seen someone turn down money before. They are a true blessing! If corporate sees this you have yourself two fine mechanics. They are honest people with Good Hearts! Folks look no further then to them! They won’t rob you blind! I pray God continually blesses the both of them and there families! I pray this store is blessed with an over abundance of people Mr Carlos and Cody have to get there own store.

  Came in last minute for a full set of 4 tires, and the experience was great. Laurel at the front desk was very kind and got us taken care of quickly, even at the end of the day. They were able to fit us in without any hassle and kept everything moving smoothly. On top of that, they helped reduce the cost on the tires and balancing, which I really appreciated. Overall, I think they had great customer service and efficiently in getting the service done with care. Would definitely come back if this continues!

  Someone at a gas station and told me it looked like I had a flat tire and tire Kingdom was about to close soon so I hurried over and the guy that was working was happy to air up my tires for me at no charge. For someone who has difficulty getting around that was super helpful.

  This is to Scott, if you’re going to tell a story at least tell it all. You were rude when my Asm called you this morning. You were rude and disrespectful when I told you that only one small nail went through the tire and the other small one didn’t go through. We were able to patch the tire with no problem and when told this demanded a new tire. Used profanity towards my staff and I at which point you were told to leave and never come back. And as far as the first visit, you got expensive tires below cost, so much so that I lost money taking care of your needs. So do us all a favor and never come back. We tried to explain the process and take care of you. You got upset because you didn’t get your way even after your outburst and me not backing down.
