I had a somewhat disappointing experience with this service center. I scheduled an appointment about a week in advance, so I expected everything to go as planned. However, when I arrived, I was told they couldn't take my vehicle because the shop was full.
I understand that things can get busy, but it was frustrating since I had already booked an appointment ahead of time. Unfortunately, the interaction with the staff didn't feel very welcoming, and I didn't receive a clear solution or proper rescheduling option.
I hope the team can improve their scheduling system and customer service in the future, as this would make a big difference in overall experience.

This review is overdue, as I purchased my 2022 Toyota Camry TRD at the beginning of March, but hey! Life be doing its thing! Anyway! My experience at PCB Toyota was GREAT!! I drove from Pensacola to go check out my dream car, but first caught her online. Technology is wild, and Sam reached out to me in being flagged I was looking at the website. Haha! I'm glad she did!! We set up a time for me to drive over the next day, and Sam was ready for me!! Sam was on time, and was having the TRD pulled around front right away. She greeted me warmly, we got right in, and took her for a spin! Through the process, Sam was great about giving me all the stats and information she had, along with transparency and clarity around any questions. Sam was attentive through the process, and guided me with care. After agreeing to all the things, she got me all set up, and the process was SO smooth with everyone; even the paperwork process! Most enjoyable experience I could have imagined in going to buy a car, and I would absolutely drive the hours back down there to receive the same again! Thank you to everyone that helped make one of my dreams come truuueee! :)

I had a great experience at Panama City Toyota. I got the truck I wanted at the price I wanted. It was in great shape and Gio sent me pictures and did a FaceTime with me (I live in Pensacola) so I got a good idea of what I was buying. Very clean and nice facility. I’d use them again for sure.

I bought my Toyota Highlander from a secondhand dealership with multiple issues that happened right after purchase (go figure) -
However, I brought it to Panama City Toyota and my service advisor, Trey Miller, was phenomenal. He went the extra mile on a nightmare of a situation - They spent endless days pinpointing the exact problem, multiple repairs, and reassuring me they would do all they could to get me going - and did! If I needed a rental, Trey had it handled. If I needed help fighting the warranty folks, Trey had it handled. If I had any additional questions or anxieties, Trey was there to answer and reassure as needed.
In the meantime, other PC Toyota staff was checking in, touching base, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process.
Honest, genuine assistance like that is usually hard to come by - yet it was right at the forefront.

I spent a lot of time playing phone tag with this dealership & ultimately was disappointed in the outcome. Due to a busy work schedule, the weekends are the only time I am completely free. I tried calling back one day 5 mins after I missed the call but the dealership was closed. Then Saturday morning I let the person know I was running errands & would call back soon & she confirmed she would be on standby. I then attempted to call Saturday at noon & texted them asking to call me back but never heard back until Monday when I was busy. I understand it gets busy but a follow up when it actually mattered & I told them I would have time to speak with would have been ideal. Once I was finally able to get in touch, the employee was very helpful but the car I was looking at had already been taken down by the time I got off the phone. Not only do I need to buy a new car for myself, but the car I was looking at was going to be a gift for a family member & now we are both disappointed.
