  Personally I’ll never go back here they lie so much how my car was pose to be ready Monday but now you saying Tuesday like people don’t got stuff to do yall already had my car for bout 3 weeks in yall need to fire dat girl dat sits in the front she mad service mad estimator in madddd service again smhhh won’t be back….

  Gerber did great at pulling a dent out and refinishing the paint on our vehicle after a tree fell and damaged it. There was one issue, with our mirrors heing inoperable, that was claimed to be a problem at the end of service. Gerber put a claim into insurance, it was denied. They told me it was the mirrors computer that would need to be replaced. Because it was denied, we brought the car home. I diagnosed and found it was a cable that needed to be reseated is all. 2 minute fix and they tried to pull it out as a $600 claim. Next up there were a few things we noticed after picking up the vehicle. Some minor overspray into the wheel well trim. Not bad Some minor scraping of the window chrome next to the area of the dent. Also not bad. Grease residue present on our rear seats. A bit frustrating, because it doesnt just easily wipe off. Lastly. Most annoying other than a bad diagnostic, is our steering wheel now also has a scratch on it. Hopefully we dont discover more things further down the line Again. For the work they were hired to do. They did great. Front house staff was amazing. But it seems that some of their techs just aren't up to the bar just yet with quality. Would I recommend them. Yeah. But beware of the small details and possible misdiagnosed problems. Cheers
