I’m renting here because insurance I would rather go to budget rent a car at least they are professionals

Mark, Taylor, and Peyton have each been both kind and professional at their specific tasks. The rental prices are competitive but even if they weren't we would continue to rent from this location due to the vehicle quality and exceptional service.

The whole rest of the vehicle is full of sand and debris on the floor, on the seats, leftover drinks, personal items. I don't pay this much for a rental to have to clean it myself. We are stuck with it now but will definitely seek other options when the need arrives again.

They ran my credit card multiple times, after stating there would only be 1 charge because my insurance was paying for my rental. Then they failed to refund the monies they stole from my account, and they didn't refund the charges for taking the car back early. They charged me for extra mileage but I only put 305 miles on the car in 16 days and returned it with a full tank of gas. Avoid this business at all cost!
