- MRMary R1 day ago1.0I do like the location and easy access of this car wash but it never gets my car clean. I go every few weeks and the same results every single time with the $15 wash. Bird droppings still stuck on the car and windshield, tires look filthy after the washes.... an unusual smell on certain occasions....not sure what it is, but it smells like sewer. The staff have always been friendly so I hate to complain, but what is the point ...if it is not cleaning the car. Sorry "Tommy's" but something just isn't right!!

They got the information of my vehicle and tag number and told me to download the app. I have not downloaded the app because I want to see how well it cleans my vehicle. I was just turned away because I didn’t download the app. So much for a trial I will not be going back.

As I’m entering the car wash entrance, I put my car in neutral turn back to answer a question for my child and look back in the conveyor belt is pulling me to the right, which dent my rim on my brand new vehicle. The conveyor also didn't stop once my wheel was wedged in there, probably because the staff are to busy on their phones and playing around to stop it. Then the owner calls me and states to me that it’s my fault! And they will not be covering the costs of their car wash, denting my rim! They then tried to tell me that my car wasn’t in neutral which it was, and that I turned my wheel which I didn’t touch and then when I explained to them that wasn’t true then all of a sudden she states that I was breaking. So clearly they can’t make up their mind on what it is I did to make it my fault. All of this complete BS!! They just don’t wanna be held responsible for something their business ruined! And then tells me that they won’t refund my subscription that I paid this month that I haven’t even used because I refuse to go ever go back to this establishment. The 'Owner' also stated that she would send me the video that was supposedly reviewed and shows that I am at fault...never received that video!! Why, because it was their fault!! My brother-in-law, sister, and nephew all have memberships and they have chosen to cancel their as well after this!! These people are greedy, dishonest, and extremely rude!!!
