- JAjulian alvaradoNov 17, 20255.0First and foremost we take what we do very serious. But I did speak with a mobile mechanic who brought his truck in 2 months ago for an alignment. My thought was, if there was a issue a few days or even a few weeks after the alignment that he would have brought it back to be fixed as we have a warranty on that work. Or possibly taken it to any tire kingdom or mavis owned store to have it rechecked if he didn't feel comfortable bringing it to our location. We have another location just down the road from us. So, no he didn't have to take it to chevy. He chose to take it to chevy and in doing so he didn't follow our warranty policy. We would have gladly tightened the camber bolt to specs again while adjusting the alignment.

Everything was fine when we got the truck back but a few weeks later it started making a terrible clunking sound. We believed it was the CV axle going out but to our unsettling surprise, the control arm bolt was never retighten and torqued down. This could have been a costly and deadly mistake if we didn’t catch it in time. They refuse to take an accountability, refuse to refund us even though we had to take it to Chevy to redo the alignment and tighten down their mistake. The manager is a joke. 0 stars if I could.
