    I walked in about 4:30 pm to see if they had time to do a tire rotation. They got me in right away, did the X rotation that I requested and reset the TPMS assignments. The price was great also

    Laurel took fantastic care of me ! Kind , knowledgeable and speedy. Could not have asked for better service I was good to go in no time. Came in for a battery change and thought I needed new cables per triple a’s evaluation. Laurel was able to save me $ upon further evaluation finding this was not the case. As a college student away from home I really appreciated this and overall just how kind she was to me in a stressful situation , I felt informed and a part of the process start to finish. All the staff were super friendly and you can tell these folks really care about what they do.

    Kind BUT they DO NOT change ATV tires despite what google says “Corporate has stupid rules” so they cannot change the tires on your ATV wheels. Ok. Fair enough. They are open on Sunday though so that’s a plus.

    Laurel was so amazing ..my dad went to another location and a not so good experience and they came in really took care of them ..their vehicle needed a few things and they brought him out and showed him ..seeing is believing and then laurel was so happy and upbeat and wishing everyone a Valentine’s Day …she is definitely an asset to the company …she paints a good face of what most shops are supposed to do …she definitely takes care of the customer and I feel like she cares for the customer and how she can help and not the money …thank you again laurel your amazing

    I took my Jeep Wrangler to the Tire Kingdom store on 23rd Street in Panama City to have them diagnose and repair my vehicle. I purchased five new tires at a different shop and after two attempts to have them solve a bad wheel shaking issue I lost trust in that shop. This Tire Kingdom was fully understanding and knew exactly what my Jeep needed to correct this issue. I will remember Laurel and John who sent me off with a smooth driving vehicle. Thank you to the entire shop for your expertise and honesty. FIVE STARS PLUS
