  1 star isn’t low enough for these guys. I scheduled an appointment back in January. They refused to do my f-250 mobile and insisted I bring the truck to their shop. Fine whatever not a huge deal. I was about to pull in to the shop when I got a call notifying me that my replacement windshield was cracked from the warehouse and they couldn’t install it. So my appointment was canceled. They said they issued a refund (which took 2 weeks to receive). I finally got freed up enough that I could take it and have a windshield installed so I scheduled another appointment for today (02/25) to drop the truck off and get it done. I dropped the truck off at 11:30 this morning to get it taken care of. They said it’d be done by 3 or so. No big deal. I get a text from them this afternoon around 2 that the (second) windshield is contaminated and they aren’t able to install it and they don’t have another one to install. There’s no possibility of me getting it done tomorrow since the truck is going to the diesel shop this evening to get some work done on it so now once again I’m driving away with a busted windshield. I won’t ever go back. Call John at All Glass instead. He’s far more dependable, better quality work and will come to you instead of making you come to the shop. I wouldn’t trust these guys to work on anything. There’s absolutely no excuse for this.

  Fast and great work. The tech Sarah was awesome and professional did a great job on my 2025 ram 1500 had the whole back glass done in a hr 10/10 will recommend!

  They came to my house and changed my windshield it messed up my camera but one quick call scheduled for it to be fixed and I had to take it in to get fixed but no harm no foul and everything is good

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Safelite. Charles came out January 23 to do a simple windshield replacement on a Nissan Armada. He cracked my trim while installing my new windshield. I get it, things happen. I was rescheduled for Monday to complete the trim replacement. Juan came out and told me that after he pulled off the entire trim, he would need to take the windshield completely back out and was not allowed to do so without a backup. So, I was rescheduled for a third appointment. Charles came out again a few days later, but he still did not finish the job. I now have 15 hours off work to wait on Safelite, and I still do not have a complete windshield install. So, I scheduled a FOURTH appointment for February 4, almost 2 weeks after my initial appointment. I also noticed when driving in the sun, my new windshield is scratched in several places. As of this afternoon, the temporary trim has now become unsecured and is beating against the top of my car. I cannot drive it because I’m worried it will come off and hit someone else. This is absolutely unacceptable at this point. I will NEVER use Safelite or recommend them again. 1-star!

  Jacob was my technician on my ATS-V. He did an amazing job and very fast. Everything works as it should such as the cameras and auto sensing wipers. Will return if anything happens to my windows again as long as he’s there.
