- KKKevin KraasDec 6, 20251.0First appointment no one called. I called a few minutes before the installation window closed. Was told glass had been damaged and I was emailed about it. False! Reschedule again the time didn't end up working. Not sure who has 6 hrs to wait? Seems like it could be scheduled for specific time but they only care about running people like cattle to get every penny with no concern for the customer. Go in at 7am on Saturday go into office. Parking lot was crowded in front no room to maneuver. I have a dually. I told the lady I would drive it in to avoid a problem. She said no its a deal breaker I agreed and left. You people dont care about customer care and im supposed to trust you to thread a needle with 100k vehicle??????? Ahhh NO! There is a better company with better reviews. Safelight is a corporate machine that only cares about cash and numbers. Look at the smug replies after people complain. !

The appointment took me about 15mins to book and use my insurance. I arrived at my appointment time and I had enough time to make a free cup of coffee and take a few sips before the work was done. The Technician pulled my car around front and showed me the work and explained the process. I 100% recommend this location and Safelite to do a windshield repair or replacement.

I was out of town and returned to Panama City for 1 days. The Panama City Safelite took me in right away, and did the calibration in like 20 minutes. The lead tech tooky car and hustled it through. The whole experience was amazing. The person at the desk was very helpful in fixing some accounting issues with getting windshield replaced in one place in calibrated in another. Both the tech in the desperation we're extremely friendly and fast. Can't thank them enough. Highly recommend!
