The appointment took me about 15mins to book and use my insurance. I arrived at my appointment time and I had enough time to make a free cup of coffee and take a few sips before the work was done. The Technician pulled my car around front and showed me the work and explained the process. I 100% recommend this location and Safelite to do a windshield repair or replacement.

I was out of town and returned to Panama City for 1 days. The Panama City Safelite took me in right away, and did the calibration in like 20 minutes. The lead tech tooky car and hustled it through. The whole experience was amazing. The person at the desk was very helpful in fixing some accounting issues with getting windshield replaced in one place in calibrated in another. Both the tech in the desperation we're extremely friendly and fast. Can't thank them enough. Highly recommend!

I went there in person initially, and she set my appointment. I had to change the appointment, and that had to be done through the corporate website. It was a little concerning because I couldn’t reach the local branch directly - many chains seem to operate this way now - and I don’t appreciate that. When I showed up for the rescheduled appointment, the ladies at the desk seemed not to know anything about it. Fortunately I was able to remember Revae’s name, and everything went smoothly from there. I feel like I lucked out by Revae being assigned to my job in the beginning, because it seems like maybe the communication system from corporate to the local level might have some glitches. Otherwise, I would likely use this location again.
