Absolutely terrible service. Will never come here ever again. When I dropped my car off for a recall and talked to the tech in person that morning, it was like an argument from the first word. He didn't believe me that I had never had my car serviced at Panama City toyota before. Why would I lie about that? Then he didn't believe me that PC toyota had called me to set up a time for my recall work. What possible reason would I have to lie about any of that? It's so inconsequential, even if i was lying,(i wasn't) what difference would it make? My rear axel was also making a sound which i knew was supposed to be covered under my drive train warranty. Asked for them to check it out. Got a call back saying I'd need to pay for diagnostic and possibly labor. I said "that's supposed to be covered" he said the parts would be if it was my axel but the diagnostic would not. I was looking at the warranty in front of me that said it would. After an unpleasant convo he had his manager call me back and he literally snapped at me on the phone "I'M SPEAKING! Let me finish!" Because I had the audacity to say "okay" after one of his sentences. But yes, he confirmed that it would be covered under warranty. Duh. Then when I went to pick my car up I was informed that they never actually addressed the recall. They were having issues with the wireless connections so can't download updates but didn't tell me that until I brought my car back to get the drive train issues fixed. Now in order to get my recall addressed i need to pay Diagnostic fees! Screw it, I'll just live with my car killing it's own battery every couple of weeks I guess because even with the diagnostic fees they can't promise they'll be able to figure out what's wrong with my cars computer because I was suspected of having aftermarket tuning. I don't. So unprofessional, such an awful experience. Car only has a little over 40k miles. I was so excited to go to the dealership because I was fully intending on placing my order for my gr corolla. After this experience I'm not sure if I even want to. If I do I'm going to be purchasing it from Marianna toyota. I was the biggest toyota fan boy and honestly still love my gr86 but really don't know how to feel after this experience. Edited to add.... gotta give credit where it's due, they did replace my failing differential under warranty and the ladies that at the desk were as sweet and nice as humans get. The techs on the other hand....

They took great care of me! I went in to buy a used tundra capstone but it got late and I elected to come back the next day to buy. It sold before I got there (bummer). I then made a deal on a new 2025 platinum (last year model but new) and before we could sign paperwork a recall came out and they had a stop sale on it so I couldn’t buy it (super bummer and I was about over them at this point)! My salesman was great tho because he grabbed the keys to the truck I really wanted (26 pearl white 1794) that I wouldn’t look at because of the price but he knew my taste at this point and insisted I check it out. I feel in love instantly and the great team at Toyota got me in it at the same price point as the lower model 25 platinum! I’m super happy with my purchase and can’t thank them enough for spending so much time with me to get me into the truck I really wanted! The 1794 is an amazing truck and if anyone is on the fence debating, I highly recommend it! Great job Panama City Toyota!

Suprised at the 4.7 rating. Possibly just the used vehicle side of business. Went in explained i wanted to get trade in value with 1k down, open to any vehicle once I understood the money I had to spend. Short guy, name not recalled, sarcastic, refused. He pointed out I brought a notepad, sarcastic comment. Mentioned he has a notepad as well. Not sure if he maybe was having a bad sales month, he was upset about being vertically challenged, or just wasnt use to people coming to him being prepared. In 47 years cant say I've ever had a sales experience like it. Don't waste your time shopping here.

I had a great experience with Christian Garcia! From start to finish he went above and beyond to make the entire process comfortable and stress free. It was about a 3 day process since I wasn’t sure what I was looking for, he remained patient and professional. Christian was never pushy but instead listened and provided plenty of options that worked best for me in all categories. I really appreciated how much effort he put into helping me without being pushy and overwhelming. My experience didn’t feel like he was just trying to make a sale and get me out the door. 10/10 if you’re looking to buy a car and you want someone that will take care of you ask for Christian

I drive a Cadillac optic. I went to the Panama City Toyota to get nitrogen put in all four of my tires. I arrived at my appointed time and waited three hours for this procedure. The excuse was that the nitrogen machine needed time to “Warm up“. In the meantime, I got a notice from my car that the air pressure was seriously low in all of my tires. LOL! This was my car talking to me. Of course they were low because the technician was letting the air out of all the tires prior to hooking up the nitrogen machine. My car has a very accurate tire monitoring system because it’s a EV. When I got in the car, I noticed that the left side was 2 pounds short of what I had requested at 42 psi. The right side however it was perfectly fine registering 42 psi. I took the vehicle on a test drive and noticed that the left rear tire was fluctuating between 39 psi and 41. I figured some driving would equal out the air pressure. I stopped and use the physical gauge to check the air pressure on the left side and it was as indicated inside the car on the dash. I went back to this service center and got a run around from the tech stating that air fluctuation would would do that. I ask why the right hand side of the car was perfect air pressure while the left side of the car seemed to be 2 pounds short. I had to go to the service manager in order to get the situation corrected. He made them take the vehicle inside their work area and five minutes later it came out with the air pressure at the correct level. The tech simply put regular air in the tires to bring it up to the 42 pounds. I know this was the case because the old nitrogen machine takes quite a while to warm up. My advice is find a better solution because Panama City Toyota will lie to you about how long it’s gonna take. They will lie to you about their inside TV information and they’re downright rude.
