- MMMatthew MurrahJan 30, 20261.0I don’t leave reviews for many things but my experience here seems to warrant it. My daughter hit a deer with her car leaving it with relatively minor damage. I researched the parts and everything and to repair it myself would have been around $1500. I happened to be near their 15th street location so I stopped in to see what it would cost to have it fixed there and was quoted $2600. The peace of mind having it done right was worth the extra money so a couple of days later we dropped the car off for an estimated five day repair. I get it that parts are delayed sometimes; I kept in constant communication with them and was apprised of the shipping delays. The next week I stopped in and they said the first headlight they received was damaged and now they were putting a slightly damaged used one in (with no discount for it being a used part vs the new price I was quoted). Then I was told the repairs were now over 3k. There was never a call or mention of anything extra. I then received a voicemail from the original lady that helped me saying don’t worry about that price that all adjustments hadn’t been made and it was not going to be nearly that high. After two weeks the car was finally ready at a $900 increase from the original quote. Not only was I never apprised of anything additional needed, but I was assured there would not be an increase. When I asked about this they told me to leave the car over the weekend and they would “make some calls” and see what they could do. I ended up calling to pay and it was more than $700 over the original estimate still. Didn’t really have a choice but to pay it but the whole ordeal was sketchy. They never stated they needed to order anything additional or do any extra work much less letting me know it would be more. Moreover I have a voicemail on my phone assuring me it would not be anything extra. But in the end since I was paying out of pocket they charged me an extra 30% once it was complete despite being assured multiple times it wouldn’t be more and certainly no authorization to go over. I would not do business with them again.
