The whole process from a coordinated visit for inspection and estimate and subsequent repair were blended into one. Drop car off, they evaluate, the insurance appraiser reviews, repairs commence the next day. They estimated the date I would get the car returned and they completed the job SOONER. Most people would associate going to a collision center for repairs with going to the dentist (no dig on dentists). This seriously was the MOST FUN COLLISION CENTER EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. They had received a used door, found it not quite acceptable, ordered the door panel from Subaru. When repairing my driver door, they discovered that the sound deadening padding had not been replaced (after the repairs from Hurricane Michael). SO they removed the padding from the used car door and installed on my door. This was NOT EVEN IN THE ESTIMATE. And no added charge on the estimate (and the road noise was drastically reduced). BUT the best reference I can give is this: when I picked up my car with my 2000 Tundra with body damage from Michael not covered by insurance, drove my Subaru home and left my Tundra for repair by this OUTSTANDING team. THANKS GUYS
