- JPJavier PaisAug 19, 20251.0Horrible experience, took extremely long and poor workmanship , had to take back several times to rectify exhaust leaks they caused and manager Chris Brant was the worse manager and liar around and very shady in my experience, asked them to please give me an estimate before attempting repairs and several days went by so I stopped by and they showed me the damage but I noticed they started sanding my bumper even tho there was no damage to it I had pics of before, still he insisted there was , after several attempts at rectifying the exhaust leaks I contacted the adjuster and he agreed that I should take it somewhere more competent , took it to AutoNation Ford and they fixed me right up .

Customer service, communication, and clarity in their work processes have made this experience more enjoyable than I was prepared for. After two-months of runaround with another shop, just to get back a half finished, butchered and GLUED together, Frankenstein of a vehicle, I am beyond joyous and grateful to have found this local team of professionals.
