  This is the worst store. Waited in line for over 15 minutes only for the csr to tell me that even tho i had a hardcopy receipt, because AZ had purged the records and they no longer exist in the system, i am not eligible for the lifetime warranty on the part.

  Bad experience, been here before and don’t usually shop at retail chains because of this. Ordered 0.75 reach plugs for an 04 stratus and specified and verified they were not longer 1.000 reach. They said they will set them aside for the person who I sent to pickup because I live an hour away. Got the parts for a second time still wrong. Not only are they marking up parts you can order online 100 percent but they inconvenience your day.

  Terrible and I mean terrible customer service, walked in to pick up a transferred order that I already paid for and the man told me thats not gonna fly, like what! Definitely a better way to talk to a customer!
