Iask3d for someone to please help me so I could get the part I was looking for but she was hesitant and kept persisting that she knew what she was talking about when clearly she didn't so pulled out my phone and explained to her and shower her on google how and why. Then I left to go to autozone. Never shopping at this advance again.

I had no issue driving across town for the second battery. When I walked in the store the only employee there at the time was with another customer. I waited my turn and approached the counter, the young man working simply looked at me and said what do you want. No hello welcome to Advance or anything. Simply acted mad I was there and needed a part. I gave him the exact part number of the battery and asked if he did have one. Without looking in the computer he said maybe and walked off. He came back a few a min later asking if I already paid for it. I told him no I need to purchase it. At this time he now asked for the part number again and looked it up in the system. He got the battery and asked if I had the core for exchange. I told him I did and he said ok go get it. Very rude very unprofessional. I got it out of my vehicle and brought it in. He rung me up and handed me the receipt and walked off. He was completely rude the entire time. From now on I will only be dealing with Advance Auto in Lynn Haven. They are always professional and very helpful! Never going to this location again!
