The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because they do fly a huge American flag out front. But I would NEVER ever darken their doors again. 2 reasons why:
1) You're made to produce a photo ID BEFORE they will even show you a camper or talk with you. They use this to call you later for solicitation.
2) We told them we had cash to pay in full for a good pre-owned unit. They showed us 2 that was literally junk. One had soft spots all over the camper and was in terrible condition. Guess they thought we was stupid.
Like I said, we will never recommend our go here again.

if i could give 0 i would. we just recently got our rig and during our 2 week process of trying to seal the deal with them. there were a lot of “dry” responses or just poor time management. both my husband and i were there getting verbal confirmation that our rig would be cleaned and deodorized by time of purchase. that did in fact NOT happen. i have spent the last 6 hours away from my family on my off day to get this rig to the expectations that were stated to me prior to our purchase. i only got cleaned 10ft out of the 30ft done due to how stubborn the smoke stains ARE, and to see up close that they ONLY cleaned AROUND the fixtures in the ceiling. for EMPLOYEES that get paid for what they do… need to actually do it. my husband works hard for our family and for him to splurge on us as a whole and it not be in shape to standard is a big annoyance for me because now we have to go out of our way and fix what could’ve been fixed if camping world actually had done an inspection. because no way you’re gonna sell a camper with 3 crappy frail jacks and A WHOLE MISSING JACK on the tail end. the supports of this camper are a necessity an a huge safety factor that should’ve been discussed while taking a tour. (the rain inhibited us to get good views of the outside. slide out was in and we didn’t know there were NO slide out supports. personally i cannot wait to get everything completed through yall so we can never deal with this company as a whole ever again. due to lack of communication, passiveness, and morality. this company is money hungry and will do anything to get you ripped off on your rig if you’re just an everyday person. i’d rather be pressure sold at a lube shop than to go through this again. picture #1 you can see where thy cleaned around. picture #2 i started in the slide out with my cleaning process and you can see the shift of the room and the old smoke stains around. went through so many paper towels of yellow and brown. i’m so disappointed i just wanna enjoy and make it homey but ive got to bust my behind for something BRAYDON told us would get done

I would give zero stars if I could. My experience with the Panama City Beach team has been a nightmare of poor communication and undisclosed safety hazards. After a month of fighting for updates, I finally took delivery of a 2021 Forest River Greywolf.
Here is what they didn't tell me: 1) The main door lock was broken and missing screws, meaning it literally cannot be secured. 2) The stabilizer jacks are bent and unsafe (one is missing entirely). 3) They gave me the wrong electrical adapters for my package.
During the walkthrough, they even tried to show me the WRONG RV and lied about the door issues, saying it just needed to be leveled. Now that I have the unit home and it's clearly unsafe to use, the General Manager has completely stopped responding. Do not trust their 'inspections.' They are happy to take your money but will leave you stranded with a dangerous unit. Formal complaints have been filed with Florida Corporate and state regulators.

Camping World in Panama City completely lost our business after our second failed attempt to buy an RV there.
My wife and I attended their Saturday sales event after receiving an invitation call earlier that week. We had already found the exact new 2026 Class C we wanted on their website and came ready to buy, not just browse. At first, things seemed fine. The front desk woman was friendly and thanked us for our service, which we appreciated as both of us are 100 percent disabled Army veterans.
After that, the experience went downhill fast. Finding a salesperson was nearly impossible. We looked all over and could not get help. The Class C units were not where they had been before, and to be honest, they only seemed interested in showcasing every RV except a class C or class A vehicle. After wandering around and looking in the lot across the street where the class C RV's were last year, we were forced to ask where they were. We went inside, we were told they were in a far back lot. Since no one would assist us, we drove back there ourselves to locate the RV we had come to purchase. When we found it, instead of help, we got scolded by a bearded man on a forklift for being back there without a salesperson. The only reason we were back there alone is because nobody at Camping World could be bothered to help us.
This dealership lost a serious buyer that day, not someone just kicking tires. We had financing available, excellent credit, and every intention of buying. After this experience, and a disappointing attempt to buy there last year as well, we will never purchase from this location. We will take our business elsewhere to any RV dealership that is not a Camping World. As veterans, we had seen that the owner fought hard for the right to fly a giant American flag so as veterans, we felt comfortable giving them a second chance. Never again.
