  Here on vacation, could have easily been taken advantage of but they were great. Another shop had messed up a brake job before we left and they found the issue, fixed it and didn’t even charge since it was an easy fix.

  My does ap sent a message I was losing air in my left rear tire I went to Tuffy tire at 7:40am trying to get there early they took my car right in checked all tires filled the tires with air No charge because I had no big issue Extremely friendly and helpful

  Excellent crew. I had my front end shaking when I turn at low speeds and 3 mechanics could not figure it out. Took it to Tuffy’s and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it! Highly recommend this place over anyone else on the beach. I visited 2 other shops on Back Beach Road and their expertise in vehicle diagnostics really sucks!

  I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent experience at the Panama City Beach location with David Flowers. I was charged $669.04 for a service that I did not receive. From the beginning, I explained that the issue with my vehicle was likely the ballast, which was also noted on the quote sheet. However, David insisted that the headlight bulb needed to be replaced. He stated that he tested two of the shop’s bulbs and that they did not work. I also brought my own bulb, and he told me my bulb was bad and needed to be returned. This was incorrect, as the bulb does in fact work. Additionally, I presented a coupon from the website for a free diagnostic computer scan. I was told the location would not honor the coupon and that corporate made a mistake by posting it and has not removed it. Despite this, I was still charged for the diagnostic service. If anything I rightly should have paid for this service only if the coupon will not be honored. Beyond the billing concerns, the customer service I experienced from David was very unprofessional. When a staff member mentioned that I had questions while I was on the phone with him, his response was dismissive. When I arrived at the location, he approached the desk with an attitude and stated, “If we want to be technical about it, I could charge you for two headlight bulbs.” Because of this experience, I am formally requesting that this situation be reviewed and that the improper charges be addressed. If a resolution cannot be reached, I will be moving forward with filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and sharing my experience across multiple social media platforms where I have an audience of over 200,000 followers. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding how this matter will be resolved.
