  Billy and the crew were exceptional. We noticed an issue with our front tires after driving down to PCB for vacation. We didn’t really notice it until the day before we left so the situation was a little immediate. They scheduled us in same day, did a front end anlignment and replaced the two front tires and were very accommodating and helpful. They put our mind at ease and we were even able to go to the beach and relax while the work was completed. Can’t thank them enough for the help, and we had an easy drive home with no issues whatsoever. Thank you again!

  Iv always had a great experience at this location, straight to the point service, and honesty. The team here truly cares about the customers experience and their vehicle concerns. This isn’t a place that will try to push unnecessary services. Today Billy and Dave, the shop manger, proved that with their hospitality, and kindness. They’ll have a lifelong customer as long as I reside in Bay county. Thank you for all your help today!

  This team is so sweet! We were in town for vacation and needed an oil change before driving back north, and the crew was so attentive. Jonathan was especially kind, and we had a wonderful experience with the whole staff. They changed our oil, cleaned our windshield and even took a look at our tires before getting back on the road. Highly recommend!

  Express oil change and tire engineering Panama City Beach parkway so incredible I give them five star rating for service for their service and then and their treatment I felt luxury all the way through it was a blessing to come here and I recommend all single women come here you'll be thankful and you'll be leaving with joy!   I wish I could give more than five stars. I had car issues and subsequently a blowout at 3 am on our way to PCB. We were within 20 miles of PCB & ran into several issues. I help my husband at his mechanic shop at home and I can handle changing a tire and whatever else, but the lug nuts were put on with an impact, I ended up bending the stupid tool, which didn’t fit correctly to begin with, trying to get them off. It took us an hour, but we finally managed to do that. We had it jacked up and was about to slide the tire on and the jack broke and the car fell. Several calls and a couple of mental breakdowns later, we finally got a wrecker to come jack it up and we were on our way. However, the original issues that caused the blowout remained. So we carefully made it to our condo, and after a whole day of calling around with no luck finding my size tires and checking out the issues that we were having, I was finally able to get Billy. When I tell you this man is an angel. He personally drove my car to assess it & make sure that we would be safe to drive back home. I’d trust this man with my life. He absolutely knows his business, and he exhibited so much respect and empathy literally from our first conversation to the moment I drove away. (Which doesn’t always happen since I’m a woman.) What could have been a complete disaster that could potentially ruin our whole trip turned out okay. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you’re ever there & need tires or mechanic work.
