I have a premium matte coating on my SUV and didn’t want it to be waxed but wanted an undercarriage wash. They offered to find out if that part of the wash could be turned off (it could not) but the they just manually did it. I’m not from the area, so had a lot of salt from northern states. Very much appreciated the customer service and my car looked great!

While that was a bit frustrating, Alexander personally called and apologized for the inconvenience, and even offered a discount to add a second vehicle. That level of follow up and care made a big difference. I look forward to continue using their car wash service.

The interior sprayer was by far the best. My buddies car was insanely dirty covered in different types of stains, no matter carpet, seats, or interior parts it cleaned it. Amazing stuff, love this place. 5 stars. Would love to know what they use…

He was very professional, friendly, and genuinely went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to see a manager so hands-on and attentive to customers. I also wanted to note that Alexander’s leadership really shows in the quality of service. The car wash itself did a fantastic job. My car has never looked so shiny after a wash. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others as many of the people I know like to get their cars washed after work and they stay open the latest out of all the washes nearby.
