  This place is horrible! I’ve literally had to take my car back to them like five or six times now. They are scam artists they don’t care about actually getting your car fixed. My car was there for over a month they had plenty of time to fix it and I’ve had to keep taking it back to get them to fix what they already said they fixed but they didn’t. And there still stuff wrong with it. Do not take your car here I repeat do not take your car here. please do not! I have been through so much with gerber. I am done I’m just gonna have to take my car somewhere else and get it fixed. They obviously just wanted the insurance money and didn’t actually want to fix my car properly. I’m actually scared to look at what the work looks like on your underneath. Go somewhere else. Save yourself the time and anger!

  If I could give them zero stars I would. My husband’s car was set to be done the 20th. They called us to tell us it wouldn’t be done until the 21st. At 9:55 on the 21st we called to ask for an estimated time. We were told it would be done by that afternoon and they would call us if anything came up. We called at 4:00 to check on the vehicle and were told it wouldn’t be finished and that they were working late to have it done by morning. Called at 7:30 the next morning and was once again told the vehicle wasn’t finished and would be done by noon. Called at noon only to hear that the vehicle wouldn’t be done until 3:30. It’s now 4:30 and it’s still not finished. The entire time they’ve told us that the entire city had no avaliable rental cars and there was nothing that could be done. They also kept trying to guilt us by telling us our insurance company wasn’t paying for all the extra work they were doing. The vehicle had been painted for nearly a week before they began buffing. The manager spoke down to me every time we spoke and acted as if I was lacking knowledge on the entire process. They have horrible customer service and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I’d also like to add that the secretary has no idea what she’s doing. Called my husband to list off numerous parts they were ordering for his vehicle when his car didn’t need any ordered parts. Update: 6:30 (an hour after closing) they brought the car out and it’s still scratched and we’ll have to take it in for more repairs. They’ve had it for 3 weeks and all it needed was painting and buffing. Ridiculous that it couldn’t be done properly.
