  I have been here several times. They are always nice but today I felt like I got taken for a ride. I have a new car with 13k miles. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation and balance. I left my car. They called my husband because they couldn’t find the key. When I picked up my car it was $347. They charged $65 to check alignment and $129 to align it. Then they told me I might need new tires soon. I thought maybe they talked to my husband and it needed it. But no they didn’t talk to him or me. I have had very good experiences here before but won’t go back after today.

  I wish I could give more than five stars. I called to have all four tires on my car replaced and Karen diligently took notes so that when I arrived they had several greats options. The tires I was looking for were not in stock so they spent no time finding, ordering, picking up, and installing the exact tires I was after. Absolute professionalism, honesty, and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this place enough for any maintenance you need.

  Met by a friendly technician who directed me to the fastest lane for an oil change. Got in promptly and they did an excellent job. Lex and the other technicians were courteous and professional.

  Dave Smith Melvin and Terrance treating me with nothing but respect with the meticulous approach, kind, and fail, willing to extend the extra hand exceeding the extended for beyond my expectation being a visitor. I am extremely appreciative for Mr. Smith’s team and their due diligence. I recommend if you’re out of town, you drove you you gotta drive back. Get a oil change jack.

  I recently got an oil change. After getting home, I noticed there was a small drip of oil coming from the new oil filter. I spoke with someone at the Express Oil and they said someone would be coming to my house to ensure there was not a major issue. The General Manager, Dave called me and said he himself would be coming. Dave showed and found it to be a faulty oil filter. He replaced the oil filter, made sure the oil was topped off, and cleaned up everything. Issues happen... I appreciate their response to addressing the issue and ensuring it was handled properly. Not all people or companies would have responded with the same attitude and care as Dave and his team did. Thank you!
