  I previously would have given them 5 stars. But I literally got bumped by another vehicle in the wash. They are letting customers self load into the wash. The car behind me was less than 12 inches behind my rear bumper. At the end of the wash I got bumped forward by the other vehicle. They should have a light system or warning to stay do far back behind the vehicle in front of you. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. But it will be the last unless they supervise the wash entry. The manager of the wash is pretty much "I am sorry you feel this way", Seriously? I just canceled two memberships. I have two nice cars and don't like the disregard for safety.

  I always wash my vehicles by hand. Myself. My back has been bad since surgery so I took it here to be washed. It did a decent job as far as cleanliness, but it scratched up my hood, windshield and the trim above my windshield. Took some photos in the parking lot - hard to see because of the sun glare but you can tell This just reaffirms my belief that two bucket hand washing is the only way to go if you actually love your vehicle This Jeep is brand new and was blemish free until my trip here on Sunday $27 for this and now I have the expense of paying to rectify the issues caused Be warned

  I must say the wonderful young lady outside Sarah was amazing she gave me information on membership prices as well as free detail kit an air freshener shes definitely the type of person we need more of in customer service. This place is very upbeat clean friendly I will definitely be coming back an also highly recommend for any of your car wash needs!

  Had the best experience this morning at the palmetto location. I'm doing this review for Sarah, She was the sweetest most awesome person I've ever had the pleasure to deal with in customer service. I am in Florida for a week on business and have to say I wish we had a tommys Express car wash back home( sarah included). I would highly re recommend this specific location to anyone looking for an over the top experience. I will definitely be coming back when I am in town again.

  I am a first time guest at Tommy’s express. I don’t have Tommy’s express near me. I decided to check out this new location in palmetto. I went to the window and i was pleasantly impressed by the options/ deals. I was greeted by Hannah the GM and she was friendly. I went through the wash and went to the vacuum area to clean out my car. I was very impressed by how clean my car came out. I was greeted by Sidney and he was so generous with offering me free merch at the tent as well as helping me with the mat washers for my molded mats. I was very happy to stop by this Tommy’s express and be so welcomed by the staff. The facility was also extremely clean and organized. I can tell the management staff really takes pride in their work. I am glad i stopped by and this will be my new place instead of Mister Car Wash.
