  We have been using Walmart Automotive for tires for a few years. We recently had an issue with them so decided to give Tire Kingdom a try. We were so pleasantly surprised!! Friendly, helpful staff, and prompt attention to our needs. They took great care of my wife's car and made sure she was happy. Prices are very competitive and they sell most brands. We will never use Walmart again!!! 😄

  I walked in and was greeted with smiling faces. Jerry the gentleman I spoke with was so easy to talk to and he explained everything and answered all of questions. Being a woman you walk in nervous and think you will be snowed. Jerry didn’t do that and he took the time that was needed and put my mind at easy. I highly recommend the services and stopping by and talking to Jerry.

  Got a flat tire coming across the skyway with my new 12 week old kitten in the car and went to 3 different shops before coming here in desperation. I walked into a packed lobby, and when i finally got to the front of the line I told the the young blonde man exactly that, damn me for not getting his name, and he helped me first with no hesitation, and reassured me everything was going to be fine because he saw I was visibly upset about the situation, took my car in and 15 minutes later I was on my way home again. I wish I could give 6 stars for the amazing people that work here because they reminded me there is still good in this world.

  I brought my pilot to change a joint on the left front and I was informed that honda doesn't have the option to change just one joint on the lower control arm. I got an estimate over the phone for 750.00 plus tax. I said it was too much they dropped the price 150.00. I notified them that I'll change it my self. I brought the vehicle back for an alinement today. They refused to work on this vehicle because the said everything was loose. So I drove it back home to check on the bolts and noticed that two of my logg nuts where cross threaded. I called the shop to speak with the manager and he claimed that they never took the tire off. I've had enough of this shop over pricing for their work and not taking responsibility for anything.

  I had a great experience at Tire Kingdom thanks to Chris. He handled my oil change and tire rotation quickly and professionally, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. It’s hard to find honest, reliable service these days, but Chris definitely delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for him!
