  I am a first time guest at Tommy’s express. I don’t have Tommy’s express near me. I decided to check out this new location in palmetto. I went to the window and i was pleasantly impressed by the options/ deals. I was greeted by Hannah the GM and she was friendly. I went through the wash and went to the vacuum area to clean out my car. I was very impressed by how clean my car came out. I was greeted by Sidney and he was so generous with offering me free merch at the tent as well as helping me with the mat washers for my molded mats. I was very happy to stop by this Tommy’s express and be so welcomed by the staff. The facility was also extremely clean and organized. I can tell the management staff really takes pride in their work. I am glad i stopped by and this will be my new place instead of Mister Car Wash.

  The team in Palmetto continues to exceed expectations. I am always impressed with their attention to detail and the constant effort on cleanliness throughout the entire facility. I'm also impressed with the ability to provide service to my oversized luxury vehicle as I have been unable to locate a facility to meet my needs prior to Tommy's Express Car Wash.

  Sydney and Hannah greeted me outside while I was drying my car today. Friendly and very accommodating. They had a tent up where air fresheners, detail kits and towels were available. I love that they have the molded mat washer! That and the friendly smiles is why I come to this location! (I live in Sarasota)

  So I’ve been trying to contact corporate to no avail so I guess I’ll go here , let me start by saying I love this wash the whole team is amazing and I’ve been coming since they opened and had free washes , my boyfriend is a member and I use his membership to wash weekly , well not anymore the young women named Hannah is incredibly rude and likes to slam the window in your face and cut you off when you don’t let her talk , I brought my sisters car and was trying to purchase a singular wash not sign her car up she wouldn’t even let me talk ! It took a solid 3 minutes before I could even get out of the cashiers lane , long line formed behind me and she would not stop pushing the membership , she mentioned a Senior BOGO first off I’m not and nor do I look “55 and up” but she proceeds to tell me tell my grandparents or any seniors I know about it , why would I recommend anyone if they are going to be rudely cut to the quick and disrespected ?? Who would want to deal with that … I’ll be taking my business elsewhere now and my boyfriend canceled his membership never going back!

  I go here weekly since they opened with my work truck I love the wash I love the staff and free vacuums for a work truck are a awesome feature but last time I went I was hassled by a women about upgrading my wash to the best one …explained it’s just a work truck (has scratches and dings) no need for the better wash and she proceeds to try and ask me if I want to start a fleet account and I said no it’s not a fleet then she goes on and on about the 30 free days sign up for a membership she rudely cut me off when I tried to say I wasn’t interested , most of the staff know me and are always polite but this girl was not taking no for an answer I know it’s their job to upsell but cutting me off and slamming the window in my face when I don’t give you what you want is no way to treat a customer thanks to this person I will probably just find another wash because I don’t want to be harassed every time I try to simply pay
