  Had my tire blow out at 12:38 am. Yes, am not pm. Got ahold of Tire Kingdom when they first opened, got everything set up. After finally getting my car towed there, they were very quick to do inspections, let me know what their thoughts were and told me they could have it done before they closed for the night. Thanks to Jerry and Xander I made it to work this morning.

  Came in with a broken valve stem and was immediately helped, tire was in and out and I was on my way less than 15mins. Jerry at the front counter was super nice and got me taken care of, Josh was fast with the repair and walked me thew what he did. Definitely my go too place for tires.

  Wonderful service. Very respectful to older people. Cris and Jerry are the best. Thanks to all who helped me out with my emergency call. Oh yes the girl who took my call at first was so kind and showed concern for my situation. Thanks honey who ever you are. Will definitely recommend Palmetto Florida Tire kingdom. 🥰

  I went there for an alignment and they told me I was good to go. I left and my car was still drifting to the right so I set a appointment for Saturday and they let 3 other walk ins go ahead of me and said it would be over a hour to get me in. So I came back Sunday and they test drove it told me nothing was wrong but still hooked the machine up dialed it in and instead of inspecting or trying to figure out the issue they drove it again and told me nothing is wrong. It doesn’t take a mechanic to show that when you’re driving it pulls right and is still doing the same thing. I paid 120$ for nothing I have no idea what’s wrong with it or if it’s still aligned waste of money and time which they don’t care about. Don’t bother making a appointment they’ll put walk ins ahead of you anyways

  I want to recognize two of the employees in Tire Kingdom on 301 Palmetto FL. Sales manager Josh and the mechanic Chris. Those two guys safe the day for me. I have to go to a funeral at 11 am in Clearwater about 1hr. Drive from were I live. Going to the store I found out that I have a flat tire .This is on Sunday 8:15 am.I whent to Walmar where I had insurance on the tires. There shop was empty but on the reception I was told that waiting time is 4 hrs. I explain that I need to be in Clearwater at 11 am for a funeral but there is no effect. I drove strate to Tire Kingdom on 301 in Palmetto. They open 10 min after I arrived. Josh took my problem very seriously with empty and understanding. He explained my situation to Chris and he did a great job fixing my tire . Because of those two gentleman's I made it safe and on time to the funeral. Please recognize Josh and Chris for their outstanding job performance and going above and beyond to help me in this difficult for me day.You are lucky to have employees like Josh and Chris.People like them make the difference. I want to thank them again for saving the day.
