I called twice to confirm the date, time, and price for swapping out brand-new but low-quality, defective tires for high-end ones. I was clearly quoted $500 both times. After the work was done, I was charged $700 - a $200 increase with no warning or approval. The original tires were clearly defective, as all vibration issues disappeared immediately after the swap. If the price was $700, that should’ve been stated upfront. Changing the price after the service is completed is unacceptable. *** Get everything in writing if you use this place ***

Tire Kingdom was nearby so we pulled in and the technician came out and told us there’s a screw in our tire. They took our car and patched the hole, and we’re back on the road in less than 30 mins!

An issue was brought to my attention by the manager Josh and Chris and after further investigation concluded the issue actually occurred at another location. Both Josh and Chris were extremely professional, took owner ship(when they really didn’t need to since it occurred at another location) and without question made the situation right. I was very pleased with my experience here at the Palmetto location and will be returning to this location only specifically because of Josh and Chris’ professionalism. Highly recommended!

Scheduling online was made extremely easy, Mariah who picked up the phone was very informative giving directions, and the man at reception was kind, quick, and informative about my needs.
