  I found a screw in my tire out of nowhere. I was 2 1/2 hours from home. I called tire Kingdom. They got me right in and Jerry and Chris didn’t pressure me to buy anything. However they did alert me to some concerns they did have but didn’t pressure me when I told them that I wasn’t doing it right now. This is definitely a place you want to come to.

  One thing you don’t have to worry about at this shop is if there is a mistake/issue that happened (Which can happen anywhere). You don’t have to stress or worry that they Won’t take care of you 150%. Chris the shop manager, great guy, didn’t give me any pushback When I went to him about the issue. Took my car in right then and there and made sure that everything was handled professionally and that I was happy. Thanks again, Chris

  Got a flat, boo! Tire Kingdom was a pleasant experience however. Jerry went out of his way to go get me a new tire from their sister store down the road and Reka changed the tire like a pro! The waiting area was quiet and peaceful and I appreciated being able to catch up on some emails as I'm a busy mom who is frequently disrupted when trying to do so from home. I didn't have to wait for hours either, which was really nice. And they weren't trying to sell me a bunch of services that I don't actually need at this time. They seem to be honest and have integrity, and that is why I'll return whenever I have a need. Thank you guys!!

  My car unexpectedly stopped working on a long drive, and I came in ~20 minutes before closing as it was the closest to where I was. Chris went above and beyond to fix my car and get me out of there even though it meant getting out past closing. He even took time to bring me a cold water because he could see that I was flustered. On top of it all, he made sure I got a deal. It was exactly the kindness I needed on a very bad day

  Went to get new tires mounted and balanced. Manager comes out to inspect my car and tells me he can’t do it because i have spacers on my wheels. This confuses me because even though i have aftermarket wheels i didn’t get spacers installed. Went a block down the road to Richards Tire place and installs my tire no problem and cheap. Oh and guess what i didn’t have spacers. Basically the manager didn’t want to install my tires because i didn’t buy them through them. Save your money and go to Richards, this place is a bunch of clowns.
