- LDLamar Dale5 days ago5.0We took our Integra 26M to Elite RV to trouble shoot an electrical issue that proved to be beyond my ability to repair. Many components were effected and basically rendered our unit unusable. So we dropped it off after being able to have an extensive conversation regarding work to be performed with multiple service techs and the ever attentive service advisor, Tristan Hendrix. And we confidently went away for a 2 week cruise. Before we finished our cruise, we received news that the issue had been resolved and our bill was less than $700. When we picked our RV up, we received another thorough consult with the Tristen, the tech and the owner regarding the work that was performed. After having heard horror stories of RV dealer's service departments, we are very happy to give Elite RV our sincere show of appreciation. Thank you, Tristan and also a shout out to the tech, Josh!

- NSNeil ScottOct 4, 20255.0Went to Elite RV after receiving a quote for roof replacement for my 26-foot travel trailer from a dealer that was over $9000. That was for a TPO membrane replacement and wood repairs due to water penetration. Elite RV inspected, repaired any wood and installed the Lifetime, No Maintenance Flex Armor Roof on my RV for under $7000. I never have to get on the roof again to clean and inspect the seals, as this is a lifetime, transferrable warranty. The staff kept me informed every step of the way and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for RV service work
