Many components were effected and basically rendered our unit unusable. So we dropped it off after being able to have an extensive conversation regarding work to be performed with multiple service techs and the ever attentive service advisor, Tristan Hendrix. And we confidently went away for a 2 week cruise. Before we finished our cruise, we received news that the issue had been resolved and our bill was less than $700. When we picked our RV up, we received another thorough consult with the Tristen, the tech and the owner regarding the work that was performed. After having heard horror stories of RV dealer's service departments, we are very happy to give Elite RV our sincere show of appreciation. Thank you, Tristan and also a shout out to the tech, Josh!
