- DUDaman uknowDec 20, 20251.0I enter the store just to grab some gas treatments for my vehicle, but apparently the gentleman who is behind the counter today at 455pm decided he doesn't want to help who's in front of him... he is waiting on someone else to come back when there is no one else in the store to service.... I waited ...and waited... he finally says, "I can take you", not "how can I help you". The last straw came when he was ringing the items up and whoever he was waiting on re-entered he smiled, greeted him and showed enthusiasm to wait on this customer 🙄 I left the items and walked out... never let your time,money, and yourself become belittled...for bad customer service skills remember there is always another franchise nearby...

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
