  We had the flex armor roof put on. From quote to completion, our experience was exceptional. Our service advisor, Jenn, kept us informed through the whole process. We also had the floor repaired. Triston was our service advisor as Jenn started her maternity leave. Congrats Jenn! Triston kept us informed during the process. While the floor was being repaired, Justin found an issue with the water heater. Triston prepared the quote and ordered the parts on the same day after approval. Inspected our trailer and Justin did a great job. We had a great experience with everyone at EliteRV. Also met George the owner and had a nice conversation.

  I do not recommend this company. My RV stayed there for almost a month just to get an evaluation. I brought it in for a simple repair, and I ended up being charged around $7,000 for awnings and I stabilizer jack repair that’s i never approved. They also charged $500 just to inspect issues I had already identified.and pointed out when I dropped the trailer. No authorization, no transparency, and poor communication Be careful — get everything in writing before trusting this business. Keeping my RV for nearly a month just for evaluation, combined with the lack of communication and unexpected charges, does not reflect professional or transparent service.

  Furniture replacement, slide out awning and rail replacement over main slide, roof AC units serviced and all installed as expected, serviced. Rick did great work and service advisor Tristen H. kept me updated and aware of everything going on! Great work guys!

  Absolutely the best group of folks, if you need an honest and reliable repair on your RV. They had our 5th wheel for just 10 days to diagnosis and repair a slide problem we were having with our fifth wheel. Just great all around service and they handle warranty repairs and will handle the communications with the mfg. So glad we found them!!

  They are the absolute best!!! Don’t go anywhere else. They can do everything. We’ve tried mobile rv people and while they have been good, they did not diagnose the issues that we had. The staff is amazing and so incredibly thorough.
