I received no call ahead of time and they made no attempt to find me a car at another location. I was told a regional manager would call me to “make it right” and that never happened. So, I went online to reserve a car at another location and it allowed me to reserve a car, and then when I arrived, they too had no cars available. Why do they let you reserve when they have nothing? I found a car at Alamo which I found out is owned by Enterprise. So why didn’t they send me there to get a car to fulfill my reservation? I would have understood and appreciated their effort. But to just say they have no cars is zero help. Reservations are useless.
