  Very disappointed. You make and confirm a reservation, you are advised that a few "vehicles" will be back from an oil change the next day, but only to find out 7 days later that the vehicle is still at the shop and there are no other vehicles for you to rent. Only because they wont rent them to you if you are going through your insurance. They keep their low inventory for those who are not going through insurance.

  If i could give this enterprise 0 stars i would. Arrived at this enterprise to collect my vehicle on dec 27th 2025 a lil after noon after a long flight and the representative was rude and unhelpful. He turned away multiple customers saying he was closed and was taking no more customers , it was obvious he was unwilling to help anyone of a certain race . But he took time to help an older white couple who came after we arrived and gave the car that my friend reserved to them. He lied and said no cars were available but we saw the car we reserved out front and he took it to the back lot after speaking to us. I highly do not recommend this place . Rude and inefficient.

  Absolutely unacceptable. The car they gave me smelled like a dead body —an overwhelming, nauseating odor that made it nearly impossible to drive. I reported it immediately and asked for a different vehicle, but they flat-out refused to change it. James was so unprofessional that he even say “I don’t smell anything”. No customer should ever be forced to use a car in that condition. That vehicle should not be a potential rental with a smell like that. This shows a complete lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and basic customer care. Unfortunately, ENTERPRISE probably doesn’t know the conditions of the vehicles of this location. It’s sad how they can ruin the reputation of a wonderful car rental company.

  Reservation #1590506366 was not honored and no one notified me in advance that the vehicle was unavailable. I was offered a much smaller car even though we were 7 people — impossible to accept. The person who claimed to be the manager, James (refused to give his last name), was rude and unprofessional and even threw my credit card and driver’s license at me when I complained. Because of Enterprise’s failure, I lost: $89 in Uber $300 for a prepaid hotel night in Georgia $1,500 for a cabin in Bryson City All receipts are saved. On top of that, five children were deeply disappointed after their trip was ruined. No solution, no accountability. Very poor customer service. I expect Enterprise to take responsibility.

  James is an absolute Angel on earth! Every time I come here ALL the staff is great but a few weeks ago I had a same day last minute rental because my family came to town last minute. I booked through customer service and hour before close on a Saturday so I figured even though the phone member said there was a availability, it might change once I arrived. I wanted an SUV and on arrival only a small car was ready to be rented. I apologized for being last minute and he said he would try to at least see if something else could be cleaned and he did just that. He didn’t have to go above and beyond but did so my niece would be able to use a car seat and my family be comfortable. It’s rare to see such kindness still exists. He deserves all the praise in the world and he truly made my families weekend. Thank you James!
