- DPDan PhippenMar 28, 20261.0I have rented cars from this location at least 20 times. When I brought my car back on Friday 3/27/26 the people whoi worked there left me sitting fro 30 minutes w/o acknowledging I was in there business. I called to see if they could give me a ride home and they said yes but when I got there and thry finally spoke to m, they said no they were too busy. I sat outside and waiting dor a Uber know I had just spent a week in the oncology unit but felt uncomfortable enough inside the ofice that I had to go out side as to not feel more damage. They were rude, they lied and I will never rent a car from this location again. I called and asked to talk to a manager and they refused to give me a person name I could talk to so I am writing this insead.

He was especially nasty and everything he asked for I provided and everything he and then he said that nothing was good even though even though I’ve provided everything he asked for.

Called at 9:10 AM to arrange pickup for a rental scheduled at 1:30PM and the person I spoke to told me I needed to call back at noon to arrange pickup. Called back for a different person to tell me their driver is fully booked for the day and unable to pick me up!
