Next time I come in for balancing and figures out left front lug studs are cross treaded and it is visible that some of the studs were replaced(which makes sense why last time rotation took 2 hours and not 40 min as promised). Additionally, seems like during balancing they rotated the tires again which I didn’t request. Horrible, will never come back.

The manager admitted the problem and agreed to buy replacement — but that doesn’t undo the fact that their careless workmanship put our safety in jeopardy. The photos show the damage clearly — and the state of the workers’ nails only underscores the alarming lack of professionalism at this station. I also later discovered that two studs had been replaced previously at my previous visit without any notification to me.
