He was so honest about my tire repair and showed me where each nail was and the leak. Walmart told me around 10AM on Tuesday morning that they couldn’t help me today as they were booked even though I let them know I could see the threads on my tire. They sent me on a goose hunt to a Walmart that doesn’t even have tires. That’s how I landed at Mavis, and I thank God for that. Mavis was able to get me right in, and they cared about me as a person and cared about my safety. We need more people like Sam and Mavis is blessed to have him and all the wonderful people who worked on my car to replace my car.

I have a TPMS monitor from Amazon, and that helped me pinpoint which tire was leaking air. The valve stem cracked. Luckily I have tire insurance, and they told me to come over, no appointment necessary. Quick in and out in less than 20 minutes. I am glad I chose Mavis for my four tires 4 years ago. Florida heat is a problem with cracking valve stems.
