I was losing air in my rear tire and pulled in there to see about fixing the leak. I spoke to a very pleasant and professional "Marina" at the service desk and she told me she would be happy to patch the air leak that afternoon. I was aware that I would need new tires soon, so I asked her to quote me on 4 new tires installed. I was pleased with the very fair price, so I pulled-the-trigger the next day. Marina was off the next day, so I met Sam at the service desk. Marina had made the notes on my tire-quote and Sam very professionally carried out the promised price and service that day. NOBODY tried to upsell services that I did not need, and I will continue to do business with Mavis going forward. The young man that pulled my car out of the bay when finished (Jason) was very polite and he left my vehicle clean and ready to go. Thank you Mavis Palm Harbor, I WILL BE BACK......
