- APAnthony Pelliccio4 days ago2.0I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but after multiple visits for the same unresolved issue, I feel obligated. I initially brought my vehicle in for a brake job. At the time, the car drove perfectly and only needed brakes. The service, price, and staff were all good. About 60 days later, the car developed a severe vibration only during braking. I returned and was told it doesn’t happen often but the rotors were likely warped and that everything was fixed under warranty. Roughly another 60 days later, the same braking vibration returned. I was told it might be my tires, despite the fact that the vibration occurs only under braking. I did end up getting the tires, and I was again told the vehicle checked out fine. Another 60 days have now passed, and the same shaking issue under braking has returned. After multiple visits, being repeatedly told the issue was resolved, and spending over $2,500 on multiple services, the problem remains unresolved and the car is now just as undrivable when braking. Given that the vibration occurs only under braking, this has been especially concerning. I’ve lost confidence and will now have to pay another shop to diagnose and repair the issue correctly.

FYI Thursday’s are First Responder days so they stay open late to accommodate. I highly recommend Mavis in Palm Harbor. When you go, tell them I said Hi 👋🏼

I recently had to go in with some tire issues on my truck. Same was incredibly helpful and diagnosed the problems with my tire. It gave me a quote on new tires. His customer service goes above and beyond and as a customer I truly appreciate that.
