  This is the worst place I've gone to get a repair done in the area. I was referred here due to an insurance claim. First my insurance adjuster called Joe Hudson's to set up the claim and I was told they would call me to set up an appointment. After not hearing from Joe Hudson's, I reached out to come in for the worker to take pictures of the damage to my condenser, after which I was told I'd get a call back in a couple days to make an appt. for repair. A week after hearing nothing I called back and was told "we are waiting for you to come back, we need to take more pictures". I had no clue, so I drove back for him to take a couple pictures that he had forgotten to take and after 2 minutes I was "good to go" again, told I'd get a call back the next day to schedule a repair. Again, no call. After calling a third time several days later after not hearing back, I was told everything was actually ready to go and I needed to make the appointment. Now almost 2 weeks later, I drop off my car on Monday and am told "we now need to order the part" and that I would get updates "every Tues/Thurs". I expressed my concern with not having heard back before, to which he doubled down confirming I would get the updates. To no surprise, I hadn't heard a thing, no text updates or phone calls. Throughout the whole process, even after confirming that I would be updated and confirming the phone number. After calling for an update last Friday, I'm told the part has been disassembled and once it arrives will be assembled and good to go. When I called again Monday, I'm told nothing has been disassembled and they had the part, but are waiting to assemble, even though the car has been waiting for a week now. After calling again the following Friday, I'm told it's been done since Tuesday and they had called the incorrect phone number, not the one confirmed. This customer service experience with Joe Hudson's Collision Center has been nothing but bad. No apologies for their errors in miscommunication, or lack of communication as a whole. If you want your repair to take twice as long and get no updates, I guess you've found the place!

  Had my car repaired at Joe Hudson's Collision on US 19 in Palm Harbor. Would highly recommend them excellent quality of work and excellent customer service they go above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction.
