  Was given a car that had a bad smell and bad brakes. The inside of the car was in not good shape. Had to return it within 2 hours because of the smell. When I returned it, it was like the employees knew that it was a bad car. Please do better and not give bad cars to customers.

  I came in on a busy Monday, a room full of people waiting on a car. I needed a rental while my car was in the shop. Ms. Lilly was at the front desk. She was truly remarkable at managing the numerous vehicles coming in and being rented. She was professional and did an outstanding job, even being mindful of a lady who had a time crunch and was waiting anxiously on her rental to be ready. She was assertive with her colleagues without barking at them which would have been understandable considering the stressful situation. I do hope management takes note of my review because employees like Ms. Lilly are hard to come by and Enterprise is lucky to have her! Cynthia Henry

  Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. I’ve been without a car since Monday, been trying to get a car for a couple days now. That is no problem. I understand they are low in cars. What I did not appreciate was being told “ I was not told that” when I was. I spoke to this location specifically because they are across the street. They informed me to come at 7:30 to guarantee a higher chance of getting a car. They provide services to pick up people, but told me they would not be able to at that time, so I informed them I would walk over there. I wait outside 30 minutes, get let in, and give them my info to get the process started. Then I was informed by the lady at the front desk that I was at the wrong location, and they cannot help me. I informed them that I was told to get here 30 minutes before they opened to be guaranteed a higher chance of getting a car with my information that I provided over the phone. Then I was informed I was not told that. Insinuating I was lying or heard incorrectly. Without verifying or asking whom I spoke to. Poor customer service and poor attitude. They were unsympathetic and did not want to help me. Mind you, I’ve called them seven times to get updates and work with them to try to get a car as soon as I could at different times and different days. They do not continue talking with you unless you give them your information first, so they knew who I was. And all those calls they could have informed me that they could not help me because I was at the wrong location. But they did not.

  I was in a last minute pinch after Budget failed to honor my reservation and Enterprise made my life so easy. They even followed up with a call after booking my same day reservation to make sure I had the correct directions. My check in was super easy upon arrival. The car was clean and great quality, and staff was super kind and communicative. They turned my rough morning around and I'll definitely choose them for my next rental.
