  I joined the unlimited membership here because it was convenient. However, this place is terrible. They are closed a lot with no communication, their equipment is constantly breaking down, and the employees say that the owners don’t want to invest to make it better. And they never answer their phone so you can’t talk to a human. They clearly do not value customer service and the don’t respect their clients. I am going to join a different car wash. Save you money and your frustration and go elsewhere.

  I purchased the one month 50% special. So far, so good. I plan on getting the best out of this fantastic 50% off special. The self-service area of vacuuming etc. were all in excellent working order which in the past were in poor working conditions.

  The car wash is convenient, however, I discovered today that they don't take cash. Ok. I mentioned the silly little thing about legal tender. The attendant just glared at me and said, "that's just the way it is." That was after the upsell for a package. I didn't want to use my debit card so they could get their hooks on my banking information. As an aside, the upsell has become a common part of almost every transaction. And that's before they want a tip! I drove away with my dirty car, thankful for the free rain an hour later.

  The first time I went in I told them I would like a one time pass and the guy said well it’s the same price and you’ll get a better wash if you buy the monthly deal and then just cancel it. So I said OK let’s do that. Then I proceeded to forget the place existed for four or five months, husband is asking what his recurring charge is… The kid didn’t cancel. Now to me in the age of all this information and how quickly we can get to it all it’s just seems like good business practice to turn recurring things like that off anyway if the person hasn’t used it for six months but no they were just happily racking in their $22 every single month even though I Nowasn’t coming hadn’t been… So I went back and talked to the same kid he apologized up and down and said he would get some of that refunded for me. Foolishly I believed him again… It’s now about two weeks later and I think it was the manager I talked to this time, maybe they will actually cancel it

  I tried this mister car wash 6 mo ago for the first time. Although the wash process was perfect, the vacuum area was packed with cars so I was not able to accomplish the real purpose for my visit -sand removal! I hunted for a while for a spot then gave up. I tried to come back later that day but it rained, then another day but they were closed. Today my car was sprinkled with sand again, plus dog hair this time, so I thought I’d try again. I didn’t spring for the top level since Titanium at $26 for a single wash, but with a tip, level two came out the same. Although every worker appeared to enjoy their job, JORDAN was a shiny bright spot! Watching her take her time engaging with the car in front of me, I looked forward to the same treatment. That’s part of what we pay for, otherwise we’d go to the fully-self-serve car wash! With her sparkly nails and her sunny disposition I was excited to meet her and probably buy anything she recommended! When it was my turn though she got called away and I was served by someone else who was probably equally capable, but without awesome nails! Although the exterior car wash and wax produced it’s desired results, I was disappointed with the amenities (Jordan aside). Other car washes provide more than just industrial vacuums and a trash can. However, the only towels offered here would cost an additional $2, there were no spray solutions to assist with window, interior wipes, or spot cleaning. The vacuum suction at my bay was no match for the dog hair and sand in my trunk and floor board, and the high powered air gun was NOT! Clearly, no window or crack & crevice cleaning would be done until I got home. This kind of defeated the purpose. All in all, my car is cleaner now than it was 30 min ago. Was that worth $25 + my own labor? I’ll just say I miss the pre-pandemic, full service car wash options at Coconuts. I know I’ve tried others who do provide those little extras (Caliber at 100 near Flagler beach area, and LUV on old kings and 100), I may be ready to add a quarterly detailing service to my budget instead.
