  The staff is excellent, but there seems to always be a problem with equipment. Dryer sucks, spinning wheel bounces, track at entry needs assistance, back of vehicle never gets dry, air hoses rarely work, vacuum lane always has puddles of dirty water to drive through, etc etc. latest issue, whole system down for almost a week, and a full charge pops up on cc statement?? Where’s my credit??

  An attendant at the register told me that I could get unlimited washes for one month that would not renew itself, so I accepted that one-time charge. Then, we went out of town and when we came back I noticed that I had been charged again for 2 more months. I went back to the car wash and explained what happened and another attendant apologized, and said he would refund me the extra months and cancel any upcoming payments. Well, I got a refund to cover the price of one of those months, but then the very next day they charged me again! I haven’t even been back to the car wash (except to try to cancel these payments) since that first month and it’s just outrageous. I wanted to leave this review to warn others, as I have since seen multiple other people with similar experiences, and it’s frustrating that this continues to be an issue!

  Just signed up for the premium membership at Mr. Car Wash in Palm Coast and had such a great experience! Jordan was extremely helpful, super informative, and made the whole process really easy. I drive a Jeep, and she was very knowledgeable about the type of wash that would work best for my vehicle. She also did an amazing job explaining and recommending the Platinum package, which I ended up going with. I love that it’s accessible at any location since I travel a lot and my Jeep definitely gets dirty. Overall, Jordan was friendly, professional, and made the experience feel very welcoming. Great customer service! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. 😊🚗✨

  Every time they try to run my card for payment it gets declined. After telling them that is impossible because I have available credit they just look at you confused. This happens all the time and is very annoying. The worst part when they look at you like you’re a dead beat. I just decided to take my business to another car wash in town. Same card /same day and long and behold no issues whatsoever.

  I cannot say enough good things about the customer service at the Mister Car Wash here in Palm Coast, specifically because of an incredible employee named Emily. I have been dealing with severe allergic reactions from the sudden pollen and windstorms we've been having, and my car was absolutely covered in it. I rushed over just two minutes before closing. To make a stressful situation worse, my phone died, my charger broke, and I was stranded at the gate unable to pull up my Apple Pay. Emily was managing the line and motioned me forward. When I rolled down my window to apologize and explain my phone situation, she didn't hesitate for a single second. With the most friendly and bubbly attitude, she completely stepped up, handled the situation, and made sure my car was taken care of right then and there. She had no idea how sick I was feeling from the pollen or how much I was dreading dealing with it at home, but her instant kindness meant the absolute world to me. I didn't have cash on me to tip her, so I am leaving this review in hopes that her management sees it. Emily is an absolute gem, her empathy and generosity on such a small gesture honestly meant the world to me. Management needs to know what a phenomenal, problem-solving employee they have in Emily. True above-and-beyond customer service! Thank you, Emily!
